So, I'm definitely not a Firepower guy.    I find the vast array of dudes in giant clunky armor a bit repetitive and tiring,  so when the armor looks clunky and stupid - like this one... pass.   There are plenty of other armored characters we still need in Legends so this one is something I do not need.

Dark Aegis only ever appeared in the Iron Man animated series, right?   I know we pine for the figure that was supposed to be but never was,  but I can't say I'm desperate for a figure of a character that has never appeared on the pages of an actual Iron Man comic book.    Still the armor design is better than Firepower, and I would buy a Dark Aegis figure for the five inch nostalgia factor alone if it did eventually get made.

My first impulse is to say I'd take both (Firepower in classic/first look), but truthfully I don't know that I'd have room for them. My larger Iron Man figures (Iron Monger, Hulkbuster) are already in storage and not on display, so the odds are these would end up there as well. Might as well save myself some money by passing on them.

I'd be down for a classic Firepower.  I like his look.

Pass on Dark Aegis.

I'd buy both, but neither is a priority for me.

Senator Kelly is a boring 'man in suit' figure that would peg warm so hard.    He is easily customizable for anyone that needs one using a suited body (lots of options for that now, but a fun irony would be using the suited Xavier body from the hover chair set),  a 20th Anniversary Cap Steve Rogers head with the hair repainted and a pair of glasses from Bruce Banner.     I don't need Hasbro wasting slots on this.

Llyra is one I would love to have.   We need more Atlanteans in general and she is a fair way down the list behind plenty of other Atlanteans I see as more important, but I'd still take the figure.

I'd get classic Handbook Llyra, but no desire for the Senator.

Classic 80s handbook Llyra, for sure, and a classic comic book accurate Senator Kelly would be good, too.

Pass on Senator Kelly.

Maybe on Lyra, but there are a bunch of other Atlanteans I want ahead of her.

Kelly by himself, would be a pass.  Maybe pack in his mug as an alternate head with a Henry Gyrich, and I’ll consider it.

Lyra would be a yes.  More Namor characters.  Pass on the “mermaid” form though.

All this plus a no on Lyra in the serpent like form.  The second picture would be best.

This would honestly be a pretty solid two for one.   And like I said -  I think they could get away without even molding a new head.    80th Anniversary Cap Rogers head with repainted hair and glasses would absolutely work for Senator Kelly.

Even then I would hope the body would be 100% Gyrich in the sweater vest and then a Kelly head I can just throw on Everett Ross or another suit body

Yes to Llyra, I'd prefer the more floaty Bride of Frankenstein hair over the pointy looks
