Today is a bit of a WTF entry.

Like,  I don't even know what to say about Squid Kid.   It's a ridiculous name, a rather underwhelming design -  and the only things those pictures did is make me pine for a Devil Dinosaur it seems we're unlikely to get.    So, I'm a pass on Squid Kid

The Squid is not something I need, but I'll be honest, if they made a figure of that I would definitely buy it.

Double pass for me.  No connection to either character.

Squid Kid just sounds and looks lame.

Squid looks like someone thought combining Doc Ock with Scorpion would be cool.  Meh...

Ugh.. calamari….

Squid isn’t a high priority, and my collection wouldn’t feel it was lacking if he never got made.  That said, a well executed Squid would tempt me.

Squid Kid, well, I’d pass on him.  Don’t care for the design,,and the character is past my reading days.

...yeah, we're so far beyond my knowledge base that all I can do is stare at those characters and shake my head sadly.

Means "no". [/Barbosa]

@panthercult Amazon!!  That was her alternate name/identity.   I thought it was something else but I couldn't think of anything other than Mankiller.

As for today's choices.   I have to admit that while both Squid and Squid Kid are not characters I am looking for, both of their designs speak to me.   I don't know why, especially with Squid Kid, but they do.  So I would be a maybe for Squid Kid and most likely yes for Squid.

Although I wonder how the ML team would handle the tentacles because they can be great, or terrible depending on the figure.

@beamish IT is one of my grail MLs. Doubt it'll ever happen, but I'm surprised we haven't seen more (any, really) 60's Kirby & Ditko monsters. Think it could be a fun line that kids might dig, and as long as the paint apps wre better than Titan figs, I'd be okay with them having less articulation. Gimme Goom!

I'd buy both, but neither are a priority for me to be made.

Oo, Golden Age goodness!

An enthusiastic “Yes!” to both entries today.

I would actually love to get a Blue Shield figure.  It seems like he'd be really easy to make... he's essentially a Captain America repaint with no wings on the head.    Almost too easy to produce needing zero new parts.   He isn't exactly a big deal,  but I'd add him to the shelf in a heartbeat.

Captain Terror is not one of the Golden Age heroes I remember.   I don't have a need for him and he would be far down the list of Golden Age heroes I'd want to see made in the line.   That being said, his look isn't the worst and the figure would probably look pretty sharp and if they did make one, I don't think I'd pass on it.

I'm definitely in for a classic Blue Shield figure. I don't care for his more modern armored looks, even drawn by George Pérez. But the basically-a-full-blue-and-white-Captain America costume is an absolute "yes".

Captain Terror isn't a character I remember to be honest, nor is he one I feel a burning need to have. But he does have a cool look, so I'd be likely to get him regardless.

Have to be a double pass today.  Neither is high on my list and I could only see getting these at clearance at best.

While neither character is a big want for me I have to admit I would probably cave and get both of them based solely on their costumes.   It helps Captain Terror being a golden age character, but his look is also goofy in a good way.   I actually like either of Blue Shield's looks so yeah count me in.
