I always remember Hammer & Anvil because they are in Incredible Hulk 182, their first appearance - which is the issue after Wolverine's famous debut and thus it has a cameo of the canadian mutant on the opening page.
It's listed as Wolverine's 3rd appearance - and so high grade copies are worth crazy amounts... but not because of the Hammer and Anvil debut
Even so, I always kind of enjoyed them as characters and I would buy the figures if they got made.
I don't care as much about Bushman, but I'll admit I would buy him if they made the figure.

Big yes to Perez Triathlon. I'd be a pass on Necrom.
I'd be a yes for yesterday's Hammer & Anvil, preferably in their Handbook looks.
For today, I'd pass on Necrom, but a BIG YES to Triathlon, ideally in his second Pérez costume. I never cared much for his debut look. And I definitely don't want him as 3-D Man, I'd rather have the classic Chandler boys in that identity.
I recognize Necrom from Excalibur, but even as a big fan of that series I only kinda remember him. I'd definitely pick up a figure, and also use it as an excuse to reread one of my all-time favorite series that I haven't revisited in quite a while.
Triathlon and 3-D Man would be a huuuuuge yes to both! Triathlon is a classic Avenger (pre-Disassembled) from the excellent Busiek/Perez "Heroes Return" run. I'd take him in either of the two costumes he wore in that series, as shown in the pics Beamish posted.
3-D Man seems like an obvious, easy win for Hasbro. Two distinct characters that wore costumes that are largely the same except for the head/cowl - pack in a classic and modern head and that's two easy purchases.

Don't think I need a Necrom...don't really know who he is, though I'm sure I own that trading card.
Triathlon is a huge yes for me. Definitely want him to add to my Avengers shelf. Also want classic 3-D Man, gotta start the Agents of Atlas somewhere.

Wow. Had a lot of trouble logging back in to the Fwoosh. Hope this isn’t a bad sign of things to come.
So, catching up:
Id love to see Hammer & Anvil in the Legends line. Either as a two-pack, or singles with a segmented connecting chain.
Necrom would be nice. An actual Excalibur villain rather than just an enemy by X-men extension.
Triathalon would be alright. I never really connected with the character, and wasn’t really enthused by his backstory. That said, I have no problem with seeing him in the Legends line.
I'd buy them all but have less interest in Necrom than I would have in either version of 3-D Man (Garrett or Chandler).
