Yes to Slither (and I really want a D-Man gosh dang it).
An emphatic Heck Yeah to both of those. Slither isn't a major player but any snake headed character makes a great action figure so I would absolutely buy... and hope enough were skeptical about him that I could buy a few extras at a discounted sale price.
And definitely would like a comic based America Chavez. Not a fan of the movie figures and her MCU figure is just boring. I would love a figure of her in the shorts but I definintely wouldn't pass on a figure of the costume in that last picture either. Stay away from the boring version with the striped shirt and jeans though, please.
Slither would be a stretch as a Serpent Society member, but I'd do it. Yes to America Chavez, first costume preferred.
Slither- Well, he's a cool looking guy with a snake for a head! I haven't collected the other Serpent Society figures, but I'd probably pick him up to throw into a display getting his scaly butt kicked by an Avenger.
America Chavez- I don't normally do a lot of newer characters, but I like her. I currently have the MCU version filling in on my "oddball characters that I like, even though they don't fit into other groupings" shelf, but I'd MUCH rather have a comic-based figure.
Slither: Absolutely yes. Serpent Society member and all that. All in on that team
America Chavez: Pass. Unless my youngest son wants her for his setup. He likes the "young" modern hero characters.
