No idea who Grim Hunter is but the look is very mid-90's. Two strikes against. Dr. Minerva isn't in my top 300 wishlist, but I'd grab her on sale.
I’d take a handbook Dr Minerva. She’d be pretty easy reuse of a classic Ms Marvel with a new head.
I’ve already got Kraven. Why would I need….? Grim Hunter? He can’t be a very good hunter if he’s still grim. Maybe if he honed his hunting skills, he could catch more, and be the “Happy Hunter”. This guy isn’t a big want of mine. Probable pass.
oh, and give me a Captain Atlas there too.
I'd buy both, but I'm also reasonably happy with the MCU stand in for Minerva. I might just put that MCU head on the dark Ms Marvel body though also.

I'm cool without Grim Hunter but would probably get him if they made him. He's the fun kind of 90s ridiculousness
Grim Hunter would be a maybe in his lion-human form, but a pass for the 90s Kraven wannabe look.
Dr. Minerva in her MU Handbook look would be my preference. I like the full body costume. It gives classic Ms. Marvel vibes while being just different enough to not be derivative/repetitive.
