This guy isn't a big want for me. But if they make him, the first look would be fine for a baf wave.
Yes to any of the classic versions (which mostly all look the same anyway).
Yes to first appearance Foolkiller. I always liked that Foolkiller cover.
No to the later appearances. Well maybe the second purple armoured look, maybe.
Evolutionary has a decent enough look that I wouldn't pass on a figure if he were included in an X-Men wave, though I'd hope they'd make the lower half functional and not make him an immobile tube because of the robe.
And Solarr is one I would love to have. Just one of those sort of iconic Silver Age comic book looks - great costume, would make a great figure and I would happily buy him if he were released in the line.

How have we not had Solarr yet? He’s not an A-lister, but he certainly gets around. He’d be cool to have.
And I second the call for an annual Bad Guys wave. The regular Legends just aren’t cranking out enough villains, and there’s an abundance of them. Plenty of big names to anchor a regular wave (Where’s our Graviton, dagnabit?!) Plenty of BAF villains too (*cough* Stranger *cough*) An annual Bad Guys wave would be a great addition.

I'd get both, but Solarr is a must have, for me. :3 Especially the classic handbook look.

1 Spidey villain
1 X villain
1 Avengers villain (a lot of Cap, IM, Thor and Hulk villains fall into this category)
1 cosmic villain
1 street level villain
1 supernatural villain
1 wild card

I'm fine without Evolutionary but he's got a cool look. I wouldn't mind putting him on the X-villains shelf if he were made.
Solarr is a definite yes! One of those guys like Crossfire, Blacklash, or the Orb who would just be cool to have.
