Absolute yes to Frankenstein. At this point I really am hoping they just do a new Monsters multi-pack. Give us a new Colan Dracula, a new Werewolf By Night, a new Frankenstein's Monster, a new Living Mummy - if they need to keep it at a 4-pack with those 4, so be it. They can do a 2-pack later with Manphibian and Simon Garth but the need for all of them feels all the more acute in October.
I can take or leave Lilia. A classic version with her ram horns would be more favorable but again, if I saw her on a peg, I would probably buy her.
Frankenstein's monster, definitely want an updated version. I still have the ToyBiz one because it was such an awesome box set back in those days. However, those figures are severely outdated and need to be done as soon as possible.
As much as I love the mystic stuff, Lilia would really have to wow me to consider picking her up.

I don’t think the Ratzi look is in any danger of actually occurring. Although there is a small temptation give the Invaders some actual enemies besides the Red Skull (seriously, Hasbro where’s the Invaders love? Where’s their rogues, that could be done without a swastika?)

Popping back in here to affirm Jennifer Garner Elektra from a few days ago and I feel like Echo still missing is weird. When did she debut in the comics?
OK... who could say no to Jackhammer? I mean that is the kind of outrageous, ridiculous comic book fun costume that would make a great toy. Give me a Jackhammer figure for sure.
As for Echo - absolutely yes to a comic based Echo. I would love a figure that looks like any of images 1,2,4 or 6. Then you can give me a repaint release in the Phoenix costume, that's a yes. I honestly don't care about her in the Ronin costume. I have a Ronin figure, don't need her in that outfit specifically.
I definitely don't want an MCU figure of the character
