I just pulled the old Shanna figure out of storage yesterday, and man does she need an upgrade.

Phalanx would be cool, but I can't settle on which look I'd want to see.

Yes to Shanna! No to Phalanx.

Absolutely a yes for Shanna. I'm not married to any particular look for her given Hasbro's/society's purityrannical objection to too much skin. The outfit they released her with in the 3.75" Marvel Universe line would be great.

Pass on the Phalanx.

Shanna is a yes, I think I lean towards the first image, but would be open to any version they want to make.

The Phalanx never really struck a chord with me.  They’re not a priority for me, but those that want them, I hope can get theirs.

Three day weekend catch up time:

Green and orange Falcon is something I want in a major way.   I would love to have it.   It would be super fun to add.    I’m hoping they give me a true, well done, classic red/white Falcon first and then roll around to this retro bad boy soon after.

Gimmee those two and I don’t need none of them other crazy Falcon duds.

Stark Sentinels -  yawn.   Boring.  Not something I need.   Would be shocked If they don’t eventually push this out somehow repainting an existing sentinel modl   Too easy not to do it.

Mad Thinker and Awesome Android would be an incredible two pack.    Awesome Android can probably be done fairly easily on a generic oversized body that could be reused for plenty of characters -  I’m sure they could use most of a Hulk if they wanted to – just need a new head and maybe and interchangeable fist or something.    And Thinker can be done on the existing Red Skull body if they want to -  or maybe do something thicker but it could be reused for Red Ghose among others.    It wouldn’t be hard and I would love it so very much.

Death’s Head 3.0 gets a big raspberry from me.    Super happy with my Death’s Head 1 and 2 in my collection no want or need at all for a new more extreme version.    Keep it.

And hard pass on movie Janet Van Dyne.    Love Michelle Pfeiffer but don’t do movie figures and definitely don’t need a movie figure of an old lady in a lab coat or Star Wars cosplay.

Shanna the She-Devil is a big yes though.   We got an updated figure of her man and his pre-historic cat,  give us they happening jungle chick in her leopard skin leotard (or bikini if you’re feeling frisky, Hasbro).   I want them to make an updated figure, and when they do I will buy it.

As for Phalanx…  I’m torn.   I’m not totally opposed to the idea of them appearing -  but just not convinced how they cold be appropriately represented in figure form and as such not sure I’d need them on my shelf.    I could be convinced though.

A double pass for me today.

Shanna is a must have now that they have done Kazar and Zabu.   However I am not really looking to get any of them except on deep discount.   A classic Shanna with that sort of "pin-up" look might be slightly tempting though.

Phalanx are not a race/enemy I really give two #$%^ about so easy pass.   However if I was interested in them I would say their early 90s appearances would be my preference.

Now that we have an updated Ka-Zar, it's absolutely necessary that Shanna be updated as well. I could see them reusing Tigra's torso easily for this. They'd need to swap in legs with no fur sculpted.

Day #989 - Diamondback (Stryker), plus Diamondback (Leighton Archive Day #306)

wouldn’t be opposed to getting her brother, Cutthroat, too.

Yes to Cage adversary, street level baddy Diamondback  -  though no to the MCU version since i don't care about MCU figures.    If they did him I'd prefer him in his early look where it resembles a snake costume and not just the street clothes in the later iterations.

And an even bigger YES - as in how haven't they already included her - to Ms. Leighton.   She's an important Captain America supporting character,  she's got a great freaking costume,  she's been teaming up with Deadpool and Domino more recently... she's Serpent Society adjacent.    We need this Diamondback and we need her soon.   And she'd be super easy to make.   I'm honestly surprised she hasn't shown up in the line yet.
