Nope to Bella Donna.
Yep to Swarm.
I'd be a pass on Ezekiel Stane simply because I'm unfamiliar with the character, but I love the design.
I'd pass on Belladonna just because I never found her to be a compelling character.
I'd be a HECK YES to Swarm, because...he's Swarm! Look at him.
Weekend Catch Up time
679 - Ezekiel Stane:
I mean… the armor design is cool looking enough that I would buy it. It’s not a character I feel like is missing from my collection or anything but it looks good enough to be a purchase.
680 – Belladonna:
Sigh… a character from one of the most boring and ill conceived X-Men tangents - but all in is all in, so yes I’d buy her if they made her
Archive 34 – Swarm:
Yes, please! Pretty please? I want a Marvel Legends Swarm so bad. A character that appeared in the Spider-Man and Amazing Friends cartoon AND in an issue of the Champions… that’s a winning resume right there. Plus he had a 5 inch Toy Biz figure so it feels like he has to be a lock, right? I’m wondering if they’d do him as BaF since it would be difficult to find re-use potential. And if they want to make him translucent the way they did at Toy Biz back in the day that plastic and dyeing process is more expensive so. I don’t personally need him to be translucent since he’s made up of thousands of bees - he shouldn’t be see through. But then he probably requires more intricate paint apps. No matter how you slice it he’s an expensive figure to make and so the way Hasbro rolls he’d have to be a BAF or Deluxe figure. Doesn’t matter, I still want him SO much.
Yes to Erik the Red, no to the others.
Just Erik for me. Not the modern garbage.
I will get them all. 😀
No interest in the Executive Elite. I can't believe Commcast had a figure, I have no memory of him at all from the Toybiz days.
Classic Eric The Red would be great.
I would pass on them all.
Yes to classic Eric the Red and Deadpool's Commcast, I'd take Xorn so long as he's done well, preferably his X-uniform, even though that was Magneto etc. I'd take the earlier Belladonna's with the cowl and without, beyond those 2, no thanks.
Hooray for D-list X-Men characters. Where's Spat and Grovel?
Oh, yes. I definitely want a Salem Seven, but I would also need Agatha Harkness to complete this FF related deep cut.
Captain Midlands...I thought "Okay, Beamish is just making characters up now". Haha. Ah, pass.
I'm a sucker for Salem's Seven however, and would definitely snag them. Some of their designs are just gold.
Catching up:
Executive Elite - Pass
Erik the Red - Absolutely YES!
Captain Midlands - Pass
Salem's Seven - Heck YES!
