Double pass today. No clue who Ghost Light is, and don't give two shakes about Azazel.
Pass on both. Don't know Ghost Light, and I cannot stand the character of Azazel. SO glad they retconned him out of being Nightcrawlers dad.
Nope and nope.
Ghost Light is new to me, so I did some homework - this write-up of the character's origins is pretty compelling and a neat background. Definitely gonna read this series now! The character design on its own is pretty cool, and I'd definitely pick him up if made.
I have very little interest in Azazel as Nightcrawler's dad, and haven't read much with him beyond that. There's no denying he's got a great look though! If they made him on a superarticulated suit body he'd be a pretty great figure. I'd definitely pick him up if made, if only so I can scoff at the ridiculous notion that he has anything to do with Kurt Wagner every time I look at him.
Never heard of Ghost Light, but he has a cool look.
Azazel in that demonic armor might make for a cool figure.
Catch up time after a couple days away:
Badoon - A couple generic soldier types to go against a (hopefully someday) classic comic GOTG. Maybe as well on a Monster of Badoon and L'Matto (Captain Universe Badoon??? Yes please).
Brother Royal, and pretty much all the other Badoon are of no interest to me.
Shatterax - The look does nothing for me, and I only vaguely recall him from the Operation Galactic Storm days. A yes on sale/clearance.
Doc Samson - Of course we need an update to classic costume Doc.
Ghost Light - A pass. I read the miniseries and couldn't finish it. Skimmed the last issue. Not a bad costume, but no interest in a figure.
Azazel - I like the red, demon type look, but I would rather have a Mephisto over Azazel.
I'd get Azazel in a BaF wave.
I don't know Ghost Light, but they're a new character, so yes please. 🙂 But Comic book accurate Azazel is a must.
Mongoose is an absolute YES.
Kidpool couldn't be a bigger PASS! Bleh.
