It’s really funny that the toy company decided to do a licensing deal with Marvel to create a plot for their figures instead of just bringing over any of the actual anime they came from. The 70s were weird.

Bi-Beast is an absolute yes. We came so close to getting one in the Legends line, only to have it never surface. So Hasbro owes us one.
Monica Chang seems familiar but I can't place her. Either way not one I am looking to get in figure form, but might pick up on sale.
Bi-Beast is a big yes. One of the bigger body Hulk villains that is sorely in need of an update. This is one of those times though where I would prefer the modern look over the classic look.
Pass on Monica, but I'd absolutely be in for a Bi-Beast, despite the inevitable snickering his name might bring at market.
Give me the Bi-Beast from the 2008 Hulk movie video game and I'll be a happy boy.
I badly want Bi-Beast in Legends. I was so excited for that prototype that they showed at a con all of those years ago and then didn't end up releasing. I want that character so bad that I've still got the video game version which I think is only 5.5" tall kind of hiding out in my display along with the Ironclad from that wave also.
A Hulk wave with Bi-Beast, Ironclad, Lyra, Rick Jones Blue A-Bomb, Zzzax, Miek, Red King, comic Korg and others is a big want of mine.
I'd get Monica to go with the other SHIELD agents.

Bi-Beast, yes. Then swap out his feet/hands/head to make Hulk in trunks. Easy.

Yes to Rampage. He’s another almost criminally overdue character. He’s made so many rounds throughout the Marvrl Universe, and fought so many people, that his omission is getting to be noticed.
