Yes to Ravage 2099. As a whole 2099 needs more representation. Personally I prefer Ravage’s premiere look (issue 1), over his later mutation. I realize that probably puts me in a minority. Oh well.
Frigga isn’t a big want of mine, but I know there’s people that do want her, so by all means include her in the Legends line.
I also want Ravage's first look. I'd get Frigga in a BAF wave.
Ravage is definitely my least favorite of the 2099 characters and so if there were a 2099 revival in Legends I'd love to see Doom and the X-Men and Halloween Jack and many others before they got round to Ravage. But I suppose if they did make him, I'd probably pick up the figure.
Frigga I would definitely get. I really would love some more robust Asgardian back up for Thor in my Legends collection. Odin and Sif are the only two Thor allies we've got so far - Loki, Enchantress, Hela and Bor outnumber them at this point. So sure I'd prefer we get Heimdall and Baldur and the Warriors Three before Frigga - but I'd love to have her too.
I'm ready for some X-Men 2099! Put Ravage on the list.
I'm even MORE ready for some more Asgardians! Frigga might as well lead the charge, assuming we then get the Warrior's Three, Balder, Heimdall, and more...

Pass on Ravage 2099. His was my least favorite of the 2099 books and I never liked him.
I can easily pass on Ravage 2099. As others have said there are a number of other 2099 characters that I would prefer to see done before him.
Frigga is a yes for both comic and MCU.
Even though her look was fairly bland for the era Comic Frigga I would want from the Simonson run. Again not great, but that is the era of Thor comics that I really feel should get a shot at figures because of the great designs and art.
MCU Frigga solely because I have always had a thing for Rene Russo.
Simonson Frigga please.
More Thor characters preferably with Simonson designs.
