I read one story with Captain Glory and I don't really remember it. Never saw Star Splendor. However Captain Glory has a great, toyetic, look that I would pick up. Star Splendor probably not.
OK, so Bloodwraith is certainly not a character I'm in desperate need of. However, it's a fairly cool look that could be pretty easy to do and could reuse parts for a number of other characters - Modred might be a good one.
Will O' the Wisp on the other hand has steadily risen to the top of my list of wanted Spider-Man villains for Legends. Along with Stegron, Cardiac and Calypso Will is one of my most wanted Spidey foes. He'd be so easy for them to do, such a low effort offering to offset the cost of other sculpting in a wave. Just give him to me Hasbro.
I'm definitely in for both today. I enjoyed Bloodwraith's stories, and Will O' the Wisp is a classic character that basically has all the parts needed to make him done already. Super-simple.

“YES!” to Will O’ the Wisp! I’ve all but begged for a Will o’ the Wisp figure for numerous years now. Such an easy make too; just slap a long-haired male head on the mid-large Grim Reaper/Punisher body, throw in some fists/splayed fingers, and call it a day.
Yes to Bloodlust, he looks cool and maybe we get a Valinor out of it.

Bloodwraith has a great look, I'm in despite I think only reading the one Busiek/Perez story. Wil is needed for the Outlaws.

Seriously, as has been said before: the Grim Reaper body in green with the new Sentry head. Boom. Done. Easy peasy.
Another character I have no clue about, and didn't know existed until today. Bloodwraith looks all kinds of 90s. Not sure I would care enough to pick him up, but I like the look.
Will O' The Wisp is not a character I am dying to get, but I see how others feel he is important. I would probably pass unless on sale.
