Day #860 - Ramrod(s), plus Madelyne Prior (Archive Day #184)

Yes, we got the X-Men '97 version, but that's technically the animated version, not the comic version, right... at east that's how I'm justifying this entry, so maybe we'll see an 'official' comic version in a few years...

We got Monet St. Croix (Hbhf's first Guest Star choice) (185) & Egghead (186)

The Nasty Boys Ramrod was already included in the Nasty Boys entry.

I'd get them all, in the classic versions. 🙂

Ramrod probably isn't necessary for my collection.... but I might pick him up if he mad it into the line, I won't lie.

Honestly the X-Men 97 figure works for me for Goblin Queen and it's hard to imagine Hasbro rushing to put her into the line again.   If they did, then some variation on the theme would be good.   Ideally that Inferno look would be great -  but maybe the look with the horns and the shoulder pad... that's not terrible.

Double passes for me today. No need for either one, any version.

Pass on Ramrod.

Goblin Queen/Maddie I'd only be interested in buying again if they did the Inferno classic look.

I’d probably get Ramrod in his brown outfit.  The alien robot might be neat in a good BAF wave or on clearance.  Brute Force is likely a pass for me.

Id like a Madelyne in her Outback costume (jumpsuit).  If they could pull off a reasonable facsimile of the Goblin Queen look, I’d be tempted, particularly if we had Sym and Ns’wrath.

I'd get Lady Mastermind in a BAF wave with no complaints.  Big yes to the InBetweener.  Robot Ramrod might be cool.

Ramrod would probably be like number 387 on my list of top-wanted villains but I'd definitely pick him up if he were made.

Classic Goblin Queen would be great, and honestly I'd like jumpsuit Madelyne to go with the Outback team

If made, I’d buy an android Ramrod. I’m not super familiar with him, but I think I’d prefer the first look for the character.

I stopped reading X-men after the conclusion of the Inferno arc and a strict Marc Silvestri inspired design for Madelyne is the only version that might inspire me to nab another figure of the character. But given changing sensibilities, I don’t see that version being delivered via standard retail (if at all). It’s possible in a fan-channel 2pack with N’astrih, or maybe a 4 pack with S’ym and Belasco (with Belasco being the biggest draw, for me)…

Make it a 5 pack with Classic Magik, Goblin Queen, N'Astirh, Belasco, and S'ym.

Day #861 - Saturday Spotlight on MCU-lite versions of The Inhumans... because there might be somebody out there that wants toy versions of them besides Black Bolt...

...this might be my most unpopular entry yet... maybe this should have been my April Fools Day entry...

Medusa figure comes with crappy CGI hair...

Crystal comes with alternate "I smell something stinky" head because she, like all of us, can't believe Hasbro hasn't made the comic version yet.

Gorgon figure includes plastic foliage to hide legs behind so you can't see they are supposed to be hooves...

Hasbro makes a Ken Leung 2-pack with Quill because that way it might sell

This is how Hasbro will probably do the comic Triton - either the "no scales" version or the "I just shopped at Eddie Bauer" version

I want that stuffed animal, and oddly enough - the all-blue version...

Hasbro just makes a Ramsay Bolton figure instead because he's such a better character...
