I’d get Cockroach Hamilton because he was on Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. He can hang out with Crossfire.
Yes to Fixer/Techno, Mephisto, Power Pack, maybe to Ruby. I actually read her issue appearances.

That episode ("To Steal an Ant-Man") is one of my all-time favorite episodes of that or any superhero cartoon. So so good, and so many obscure 70's Power Man/Iron Fist villains make cameos! Got me to read the original Luke Cage run which was a ton of fun.
So a yes to Cockroach Hamilton for me. I agree with PC that the look might be a little outdated and not translate super well to a figure, but if they tone down some of the more obvious elements it could work.
Ruby Summers I don't know, but I do like the look. A figure announcement would definitely get me to go read her appearances and see what her deal is!
I'd get both. 🙂
First of all... a character named Dante with the code name Inferno is super fun. Clearly this is a character introduced while I was not reading Marvel comics regularly as I am not familiar- but he seems cool enough. If we got a figure I would NOT want a fully "flamed on" version as that would look too much like Human Torch. I think the best bet would be something like images 2 or 3 - I'm sure they could reuse the flame effects they've done for previous versions of Torch to good effect. I'd buy it.
And, sorry, Mirage is Danny Moonstar and I'll accept no substitues. I don't remember this Mirror Master wannabe, but the costume is kind of god a goofy-dorky cute-adjacent chic to it that might look hilarious as a figure on my Spidey villains shelf as part of that mort contingent. If he got made, I'd probably buy it.
Pass on Inferno, but absolutely YES to Mirage. Happy to get any old school villains like him, especially when they can add to the "Scourge's victims" display. LOL
Mirage is so goofy I'd need to buy him.
I'd pick up Mirage on sale.
No interest in Inferno.
Mirage would be a yes, as a Spidey foe, mort villain, Scourge victim, and potential army builder.
Inferno would be a pass for me. I have the Human Torch.

Inferno is a pass. The unpowered costume is ok, but as you said powered up is too similar to the Human Torch.
And I am sorry, but when you blaspheme you must spend time in the penalty box. Mirage and his henchmen are a MUST!!!! I could even go for a two pack of classic and modern looks (last pic). Mirage, the villain, is a definite buy.
Not familiar with Inferno but he looks neat, so I'd pick him up (as part of BaF wave, would probably pass as a solo/retro release).
YES to Mirage! I've said before I'm in for any and all Scourge victims (and we only have ONE after 22 years of Legends?!?) and Mirage in particular is a favorite. Might even have to get 2 or 3 of him to display his powers.
Dante (Inferno) was a featured Inhumans character on the Avengers Assemble animated series. He’s got an exciting powerset and a cool look. I would buy a figure. I would hope that he would come with some power effects. And I do like the fully powered look. I feel like he looked more like a molten lava man than Human Torch.
I’d take Inferno from image 3 and Mirage.
