Definitely a “YES!” for Lyja. Preferably in the first pictured costume, but I have a feeling the Super-Skrull outfit would be more likely. Still, I have fond memories of the character and would welcome her.
Less than zero desire for Agent-X.
Easy Pass for Agent X since I have no idea who that is, and Lyja is an important character for the FF so I think she could use a figure. Not sure I would pick her up though.

Stellaris - sure, fine why not. Fun armored celestial hunter... I'd be OK with a figure in whichever of her presentations they decided to roll with, really.
And as for Orka, OMG yes. He's like 3rd or 4th on my list of BAF figures I want (assuming Attuma and Skurge don't have to be BAF's). Or, as Beamish suggests a deluxe Attuma/Orka 2-pack... I'd pay for that for sure. Definite big want for me.
How big does Orka really need to be?
I'm in for both, though the chances are slim and none they'll get done. Both Thor's and Namor's cast of characters and villains seem to get kicked under whatever rock Hasbro chooses so they can pretend they don't exist while they continue making money on X/Spider/Avenger/whatever.

Orka is an easy yes. Classic look first, of course, but I also wouldn't say no to the more modern look where he actually looks like an Orca.
