Oh, yes, I want Unus. Has there been a more unceremonious death? (well, before they brought him back nullifying decent storytelling) It nearly made him a sympathetic character...

I’d like a classic Unus but how would I get him out of the package?

Pass on both today.  Not really doing MCU anymore and X-men are not my main collecting focus.

I was going to go with the rimshot sound effect.......haha

As for today:

Erik Selvig is an easy pass.  I'm not much of a MCU collector, so a civilian character figure would be as big a waste to me as all those MCU Eternals figures.

Unus.  Not a big want of mine personally, but I get his classic nature as a long time character/villain.   As you and others have said it is a bit surprising they haven't done him since he is so simple.  Pretty much the only area they have to worry about is the belt/waist.  Everything else is simple reuse, even the head could just be any of a number of existing molds.  Maybe the biggest problem is his classic costume is a bit dull.  I mean they have done dull before (Vulcan, Darwin, etc) so they aren't above that, but maybe classic 60s dull is a step too far?  Either way I would probably pick him up, but probably only on sale.  I could see him popping up in a 5 pack since that seems to be an avenue for release that they like to take for some less recognizable characters.   And again he is pretty basic so the budget for a 5 pack would be able to better spent on other more mold intensive characters.

First Appearance Blade, as well as 90's "Midnight Sons" look, are definite yeses from me.

Unus is a classic character, so an enthusiastic yes to him. M'Baku is a must...how do we not have him in Legends yet??

Day #789 - Hulk (Eric Bana), plus Gargoyle (Archive Day #122, and also PantherCult's first Guest Star choice, and he obviously has good taste)

Gargoyle has been in my Top 10 since I started making lists.

In 2021 when Dwight got back in the office after lockdowns, he posted a picture of a bunch of SHS figures on Instagram, and specifically name-dropped Gargoyle, Hepzibah and Zzzax, "plus others" that haven't been done in ML form. Posters called out "plus others" being Volcana, classic Titanium Man and Reptyl.

In my fantasy world, Gargoyle will be part of the Strange Tales wave, Hepzibah in the X-Men 2024 BAF wave, Zzzax will appear somewhere, Volcana will be part of the Secret Wars Anniversary and Titanium Man will be in the Iron Man Retro wave. Poor Reptyl...

I won't let this go until Gargoyle, Hepzibah and Zzzax are proudly part of my displays.

Pass on the BanaHulk.

Yes for Classic Gargoyle in his original look. Not interested in any of the subsequent takes.

Big, big YES to a classic Gargoyle.  This character has a great look, that would likely sell well.  It surprises me that Hasbro hasn’t made him yet.

as for Banana Hulk, er, Bana Hulk, he’d be a big pass for me. I’m not much of a movie collector guy.

I'm just going to ignore the entry for today.   No point in even addressing it.   I can understand why some people would want it  -  but I can't see Hasbro delivering on "boring looking old man" figure regardless of his importance in the films...  but, I mean we got Everett Ross, so I suppose it's possible.

That's now how ignoring works

Would definitely take Gargoyle to go with the Defenders. No thanks to Bana Hulk. Maybe to Connolly Betty Ross.

Hard pass on revisiting the Bana Hulk.   Absolutely no need for that.

I mean Isaac was in my official top 10 list this year so that's a big ol' enormous YES for him.    He really is one of the figures I want most from Legends.   I get why we don't have him -  it's alot of new sculpting to get him right and there is not much reuse potential for those parts.   But put him in a 2 pack with Devil Slayer -  a figure that would require no new sculpting at all to defray the costs and give Defenders fans a double whammy of goodness.

I want a proper Gargoyle figure SO bad.

No interest in Eric Bana/Hulk.

Gargoyle would be a possibly yes.  I guess it would depend on the day.  Not really feeling the character today, but ask me again next week and the answer would probably change.
