I will take literally any martial arts adjacent characters, so yes on Leiko. No on guys covered in eyeballs or mysterious old travelers who are not Phantom Stranger.

I'd maybe get both on a pretty steep discount, but I could live without them.
Traveler would be a maybe, on discount. While I remember reading stories with him in them, nothing much stood out to me, about him.
Eye Boy would be a hard pass. Eye Yi Yi.
I don't know anything about Judas Traveller and while I think a figure of him would be good for custom fodder I don't see me picking him up unless on deep clearance.
Eye Boy is one of those newer characters who always seems to be on the cusp of "breaking out" from the pack of new characters only to end up back in the pack. Interesting power set, but the look does nothing for me.
Secret agent badass Eye Boy was a great take on him.

Wow that is a lot of Nocturnes.
So Portal is a pass. I like the Darkhawk look, but this was just too busy a look.
The only Nocturne I would be interested in is the Exiles version (Talia Wagner). Pretty much any look.
I'd take a portal if it meant we were also getting a more classic Darkhawk.
