Wave is an okay look, but not a character I have any real attachment to so she would be a pass.
While I liked the Russian (pre-Frankenstein body swap) in the comic, I didn't care for the Kevin Nash movie version. Also the look is not all that great. I could see the ML team using a Tombstone type head on a large body to kind of Frankenstein a release if it ever came to it. Pass for me though.
Hive. Both the comic and fully realized Agents Of Shield look are pretty toyetic and I could probably see myself picking them up on sale.
Zzzax is another classic Hulk villain that I would love to see get an update. Of course he would have to be a bigger mold, so deluxe class. I probably would want him to be translucent as a release.

a big translucent BaF, with sharp crackly edges is the way to go.
I still have the undersized ‘90s ToyBiz Zzzax in my display, just to have a meager representation of the character.

Zzzax is an irritated “yes.” I’ve wanted this since day one of collecting the TB Hulk Classics line circa the early aughts. I get that it would be an expensive and unique buck to cobble, but there have been so many consistent and perennial calls for it that I think it deserves a nod. Expensive fan service, for sure, without much upside to boot. However, I can think of only a few other deep-cut one-shots that could create as much of a buzz as Zzzax. Mangog? Annihilus? The Awesome Android (Andy)?
The Zzzax buck could be reused for Proteus. 😀

Alpha Flight Nemesises are a great look. Ultimo is a no brainer larger figure.
I would love a figure of Ultimo! In Iron Man #300, Tony and the Iron Legion take on Ultimo in an epic battle! Ultimo is one of my most wanted large figures.
Huge yes from me for Nemesis... I have always loved the look of that costume - sleek and cool. Alpha Flight didn't always develop top notch villains, but this one was definitely one of the better designs.
I know there are plenty of fans that would welcome that vintage Ultimo, but I can't say it's something I feel a tremendous need for. The look is a bit plain and there is such a long line of oversized 12 to 14 inch characters I'd rather have, this one isn't one I'm clamoring for. But if it got made I can't imagine I wouldn't pick it up and add it to my collection.
Belated ‘hell yes’ for Zzzax. I’ve been cheerleading hard for him for a decade or more, but it seems likelier now than ever before - if they can bust out a Xemnu or Puff Adder, nothing is off the table.
Alpha Flight Nemesis for sure. Funny she showed up again, this time it was Heather Hudson. Anyway the costume is a great look, and I need her for my Alpha Flight display.
Ultimo is likely never to get made.....unfortunately. However if they did make him I would be all in no problem.

Ultimo would be cool to get. I’d prefer the more textural look from the last images. Granted the scale wouldn’t be close to accurate, but it would be a fun BAF or Haslab. Maybe in a versus setup with Red Ronin. I can dream.
I'd definitely be in for an Alpha Flight Nemesis. Ultimo as well, but he's another one of those "needs to be big to be done right" figures.

Ultimo would depend on the execution.
