Not a lot of Prime Day Deals just yet, but Iron Patriot/Doom/Taskmaster is down to 64.

Comic Ronan is down to $15 or so. That's such a steal, he was one of my favorite releases last year (or whenever it came out). Tempted to pick up a second one just for the hell of it.

Just got an Amazon Deal Days alert on my phone for the Black Knight/Sersi 2-pack for $23.49.    Considering that's less than the cost of one new figure that isn't too bad.    And there isn't any Ollie's around here to find it any cheaper.

West Coast Avengers 5-pack is down to $77.59  which is still like $15 per figure and more than I'm willing to pay just to get the extra Jump Suit Hank I want.    If it drops to the $50 range though, I'll probably bite.

Lowest I've seen WCA set is 69.99. It could get lower, but I definitely bit at this price.

The set is already back up to full price, and to set a little more panic, they're saying only 4 left in stock.

YAASS.  After an incredible amount of hard work and dedication (and by that I mean F5'ing the web listing a few times per day :P) I was finally able to score a Phoenix today!  Only 1 available.  I spent about 40s browsing other ML items but there's no way to find a single other thing to add for ISPU at a particular location to get the $10-off offer, so I just clicked it quickly.  Perfectly happy to just get this one for only $25.

It's crazy how the listing can just switch like that, for ISPU, and at only one single location.  There were 8 stores in far metro locations showing a couple unavailable at each and all of them are gone now. They either go live and instantly sell, or somehow hit the store shelves and sell immediately (very unlikely considering what happened today). But I've visited a half dozen stores in the last week and there's no sign of any new MLs (for a few months), let alone this Phoenix.  They probably sell online as soon as the item gets scanned in and the button goes live.

It's going to be crazy if this one doesn't get a huge restock. verrry limited availability and much demand.

There's been a huge drought of new ML figures all year at b&m retail.  Likely due to the backlash of very poor sales from the windowless paper boxes and poor wave lineups.   It seems like the market is still trying to recover.

So is the regular price for Phoenix $35 (Target) or $50 (BBTS)?

Multiple Targets around me are showing 1 or 2 in stock, but only one allowed me to place an order pick up.  It's 30 min away which is not ideal.  We'll see if it goes through or if I even have time to get out there after work.  If I could land this for $25 that would erase my reservations about this one.

You can't really guess when Target is or isn't screwing up since they do it so often now, but I've had some success with this: on an item's release date lots of stores either immediately say it's available for online order and in-store pickup, or few to none do.  In my case with Phoenix none did.  In either scenario they may or may not actually have it in the store.  Case in point--I placed six online orders for Astonishing Wolverine the day he went up a few months ago, and the first five all failed because they actually didn't have it.

If the situation is that the stores don't have it yet eventually they do arrive then at that time they usually become available for online order and in-store pickup.  Usually, anyway.  I just saw that happen this morning--two stores that were showing 1 in stock since Sunday with no in-store pickup suddenly were available for in-store pickup this morning.  That's common because the inventory seems to show up overnight at Target and lots of other retail stores.  I placed an order at 6 AM EST this morning, and I'm waiting now to see if it goes through.  The second store sold out since then so if it falls through I have to wait for another store to get it.

The MSRP is definitely $49.99, so Target just has it mis-priced in their system.  Happens quite a bit now.  Until this release I've usually seen them correct it pretty quickly--usually before it even hits stores--but this time it's persisting.  I remember they mis-priced the single release Mojo deluxe figure, but it got corrected before any of my local Targets had it in store.  Them not correcting Phoenix is consistent with an overall greater volume of inventory mistakes from them over the past year so I mostly expected they wouldn't fix it.  Could still get fixed at any time, but I'd put a modest bet on them never fixing it.

Aaaand it just fell through about a half-hour after my local stores opened.  You just can't ever guess when or how Target is screwing things up these days, although with their online order and in-store pickup there are multiple normal ways it could screw up that may not even be their fault.  I doubt someone showed up at store opening time and got to a Phoenix in the back right when the store opened and before their employee shoppers could get to it, but it's certainly possible.

More likely is that the employee shoppers just couldn't find where they got unloaded off the truck to.  I expect it will go back for online order and in-store pickup at that location once it hits the shelves.

By the way--for whatever reason it looks like Phoenix is 30% off, and that's not including the buy $40 or $75 and get more off sale they're also running.  My in-store pickup order that fell through had her priced at $24.49 before the buy threshold sale, and with that she was around $17.50 because I also had a Hulkbuster on the order bringing it above $75.  Insane deal that will keep me refreshing throughout the day.  🤪

Running two sales at once on top of the mis-price and bringing her down to a price that is probably close to what they paid Hasbro for the item feels like yet another mistake on their part, but this time it's in our favor.  This is the biggest mistake I've seen them make in years...hope we can all capitalize on it before they fix the price or the way the sales stack.  😍

Well, Target has emailed saying my $25 Phoenix is ready for pickup.  It appears that I have her secured.  Now all that's left is to drive out after work 30 min in rush hour then 30 min back in rush hour in time to pick up my littlest one.  Can I do it?

@yojoebro82 How long is the pick up window? Is it imperative that you pick it up today? Sounds like it's cutting it close, and I get super paranoid about being there to pick up my kids. I wouldn't want my kid to freak out if I didn't make it right on time.

You've got 3 days to pick up Target's order pickup items.  If you can't make it in 3 days they either process a return, or there's also a button to extend the pickup window in the order details on the Target web site.

Store pick-up from the Target.com has never been an option for toys (at least action figures that I know of) at any stores near me--ever.  I'm jelly of you that have this service available.
