I'll get this thread back on track.  Captain Lou Albano was on clearance for $12 at Target.  

I found a very lonely X-Men 97 2nd wave Magneto at Target for 12.50. Pretty sure it was clearance.

For the record, I think it's totally fine to post preorders here. It happens infrequently, and people are more likely to see it. And in general I don't think we should strictly police threads to stay on-topic, especially when engagement is relatively low nowadays.

@bolt I'll have to scan a Magneto later today if he is still there.  My store had some figures tagged at 50%. Off the top of my head, Classified Mutt, Metal Head, Black Series Paz Vizsla, Turtle Mayhem figures, Capt Lou Albano. One figure I would've liked at clearance was the TMNT x MotU Sla'ker, but he was a weak $2 off.  This Target had several end caps filled with non-action figure toys and games. All stuff that must've been sitting in the stockroom.

My intension was not to be offensive or rude, but I forget we live in a different age now where you have to walk on eggshells for everything and my reply may have been too brief.  I wasn't policing, just pointing something out.  I neither created this thread (nor the one on the old board) and don't run the site, so I have no more say than the majority of Fwoosh users and am well aware of that.  Also, I've never once barked at someone to "stay on topic."

If that's going to be the new use for this thread I couldn't care less.  Some of us cheap bastards/kit bashers get extremely excited whenever there is a new post here--more so than any of the other threads.  If we are going to change the use of this thread, those of us who rely on it can just temper our expectations.  It just seems much more logical to me that if a specific wave from a specific toy line goes up for preorder you would better reach the targeted collectors by posting it in it's already existing thread, or you could even create a thread specifically for all new preorders that go up.

Yea, let's use this one for pre-orders and start a new one titled "The ACTUAL Official Toys on Sale Thread."  🤪

Found a mountain of Nova today at an outlet store in town. Can’t imagine what they must have paid for them to sell them for $2.49. Just wish it was a figure I had even the slightest interest in.

I’m gonna misuse this thread to call out Buttmunch for hooking me up with eight of these Nova Corpsmen. They arrived today meticulously packed. Whole deal cost around $30! Insane! Big thanks, Buttmunch. The Fwoosh spirit is alive and well.
