If the Ollie's near me are any indication, they are the opposite of sophistication. is that the Cap with Thor's hammer? That's a pretty sought after figure these days ...

And speaking of Ollie's, a couple of my Walmarts are suddenly well-stocked with the Wakanda Forever wave, especially Ross ...

On the subject of Ferrera Market, I ordered two in stock figures back when this was going on and finally had to file a claim with my credit card company (Citi Bank).  I e-mailed Ferrera again and notified them that I had done so.  That same day I received a shipping notice and had a package pop up in my USPS informed delivery.  When questioned by my CC company Ferrera provided them the tracking number (which never updated to picked up) and my claim was denied.  I appealed (by this point it had been two months) and got a very haughty letter from Citi Bank that the issue was not up for discussion because a tracking number had been provided (seriously felt like a 5 year old being scolded by an adult).

Contacted Ferrera again and they say that Shopify won't let them fulfill the order now because it had been disputed and that they pulled the package and canceled shipping because I disputed it.  I even provided that email to Citi Bank and that was ignored.  So I canceled that credit card and will never have one from Citi Bank again and now I'm out $60.

Regarding my Ferrara order from that same moment in time, I recently filed a dispute with my credit card company, Chase. They gave me a real hard time about it because it was past some 4 month timeframe. My attempts to explain pre-orders fell on deaf ears. They eventually filed the claim, but I have a feeling  it will ultimately be denied and I'll be out about $110.

Not really sure I can end up cancelling my Chase card like you did with Citibank, though.

@marvellegendsman I was so mad at them. What is $60 to them? I can be financially irresponsible when it comes to credit cards, I can't lie about that. They would have made so much more than that in interest off me but I paid off everything else a while back and this was my only credit card I was carrying a balance on.

I looked into a payoff loan through Credit Karma and got one with a MUCH better interest rate than what Citi Bank was giving me so I guess in the end this was a win for me as I saved a lot more than that $60 in the long run.

That suuuuuuuuuuuucks, and I don't blame you for cancelling that card at all. My card is dicking me around some as well but I'm still hopeful. It's been since may that the items were supposed to ship and still nothing but, you'll be surprised, Citi Bank is really not making this easy. We may cancel that card as well, one way or the other. If they aren't going to protect against this sort of thing, what's the point in having it?

I spent longer than I should have comparing my credit card's window for disputing charges vs the estimated shipping time for some of the items Ferrara had for preorder, plus some buffer to ensure that they definitely weren't coming. Ultimately I decided against it for the reason you stated, worrying that the cc company wouldn't comprehend that it was a prepaid order to be delivered later. Keep escalating until you get your money back though, don't let the crooks get away with it!

Yeah... those are long gone.   Been refreshing for the last 40 minutes hoping they'll pop back in stock,  but Target online ain't Amazon and it doesn't ususally work that way.   Sigh.

My Target's collector section has various non-neca items on clearance.  The best item I noticed was Bandai's Boba model from the Disney series at half price.  Many of those mini arcade machines were half off too

Spotted a couple of Bonebreaker BAF wave X-Men at Ollie's today — Darwin and Maggot. Those and the Infinity War Cap exclusive, as previously reported, were all I saw new — but they were starting to set up the Christmas toy section up front so I bet they'l be plenty more soon.

Man...  I'd buy more Darwin's at that discount price just to use up all the extra Skrull heads from the troop builder pack.    You just have to cover the belt buckle and it's a great Skrull stand in.     Sure wish some west coast store would jump on the discount Legends train and stop letting Ollie's have all the fun.

You clearly weren't alone.   The figure was sold out by the time I saw it 30 minutes after that was posted.   I would have bought at least 4 if I had got in on that clearance price.
