Pyro/Rogue 2-pack on sale at BBTS today for $39 and change. Picked it right up. Glad I resisted eBay prices for Pyro alone.
god that's gotta be one of the best retail deluxe packs that anyone has put out in recent years. Love the designs and the complementary nature of the figures in that 2-pack.
Now I hold out hope Blob will come down in price somehow and then I’ll be up-to-speed on released Brotherhood members to date.

Not to derail, but do you mind explaining how these two characters complement each other? I always found this set a very strange pairing, as I have no recollection of them interacting with one another in the books. Granted, I haven't read all the books. I always found this set to just be an excuse to release each of these characters.
Weren't they members of The Brotherhood at the same time?
@normdapito No real rhyme or reason here. Spot on with just an excuse to get them released.

aesthetically. They are each individually appealing on their own merits.
"complementary" can mean something akin to "opposites make whole". Or opposites attract. Or two completely different angles combining to make 90 degrees of a circle.
It does not mean "comparatively similar" or matching.
I know what complementary means. I thought there was something more than designs you were commenting on. Like a theme or character history. To me, they’re still not complementary to each other, based on designs, color schemes, character, plot history, power set. They just seem very randomly paired.

Thank you! Saved $30 bucks on figures I was gonna be buying anyway, effectively a free figure.
I don't know if anyone cares but the Walgreen's Binary is now on sale at BBTS for $14.99.
I sprung for another one to use as the base for a New Mutants Magma figure
This is one of the most useful threads on the board, I appreciate all the posts here.

Yeah, I can probably dig up about $300 worth of preorders.
The question is: should I?
