Speaking of Target — keep an eye on their BullseyeDeals eBay store.
In the past few days I've picked up Vypra for $13.99 and Firefly for 16.99. TF Flint is up there now for $14.99, free shipping. Picked up Map Room Indy for $13.99 too.
A bunch of the new Disney+ and X-Men '97 waves popped up for $18.99 (I think, might even have been $17.99) throughout the day yesterday.
The new Stars Wars Black series Chopper was up for $14.99 as well. I've seen BW Gill Man for $22.99 a few times. Saw a few good deals on the Star Wars Micro Galaxy stuff too.
Sometimes there's an extra 15% off, sometimes not.
All of it goes pretty fast at this point, so you have to get kind of lucky. Took a few times to hit on Firefly.
I try to maximize the one time use 25% coupon. Last year I held on until it was about to expire and ended up buying a random $20 figure. I'm not seeing much this year either, maybe a preorder on the exclusive Trouble Bubble to take off $11.

Man... would have loved to jump on those prices for Flint and Vypra... can't find them there now, though.

You have to check throughout the day. I just pop between Best Match and Newly Listed in action figure section and see what pops up.
Yeah the deals on there are insane. I’ve returned every figure I bought from target when they ran their $20 off $100 promo because the same figure was much cheaper on their eBay store.
I went to a brand new Ollie's that opened up in Washington, PA and found the AOA Iceman I was looking for. It was so busy but while I was in the long line to check out I noticed some AOA Apocalypse deluxe figures on a table. I wasn't getting out of line to check the price but I hadn't seen them at any other Ollie's.

$20.
Any good suggestions on what to use the target deal on? Almost everything can be found cheaper on their eBay page if you’re persistent enough.
I also have a $5 off too.
looks like both deals end nov 18th so we may have time for something new.
I also have a get $15 off of a $30 purchase in my Target Circle offers for in-store purchases only. Pretty great discount if you can find a $30 item you want.
This may be unique to me though, I don't really know. Some of those offers are global, other are seemingly randomly assigned to specific customers.
I also had the $15 off $30 purchase in my Target Circle offers. I used it to get a DC Multiverse Carapax and a book. Carapax was $27.99 on the Target website and they had a few at my local Target. I went to get one and they price matched it since it rang up $39.99. I also used the 25% off 1 toy so I got it for $20.99. With the $15 off of my purchase, it was over half off the regular price.
I shaved Din Djarin's Naboo Starfighter down to $77 and change with multiple offers: Combination of 25% off a single toy, 5% off for my birthday month, $5 off a toy, $20 off 100 storewide, and 5% off with Red Card. Saved something like $58
I grabbed a cobb vanth/cad bane 2 pack from that ebay Target store and they came with zero accessories, and the package looked busted. I assume they are selling returned merchandise.

They definitely are - many of them say so right on the listing. For example the last time I looked there was a Yondu listed for $12.99 and one listed for $14.99 - I was like "what's the difference?" and then noticed the cheaper one said in smaller print "pre-owned" where as the more expensive one said "new"
I ordered a pre-owned Spider-Man 5-pack from Amazon and returned it because it was incomplete. I was way unsure if I even wanted one and only bought it because of the big discount.
