You don't see Amazon run sales on sets that aren't their own exclusives much. Has to be a long-standing peg-warmer, or they have to be matching a sale from someone else. Since that X-Men villains 5-pack is a fan channel exclusive someone would have to run a sale for Amazon to match it, and that hasn't happened much. The only two fan channels that I see run many sales are Gamestop and Pulse, and I'm not sure Amazon matches either of those two retailers since they're so small compared to Amazon.
I bought mine on sale during the Hasbro 35% off sale for premium members. It was the discount on that set that mostly funded the premium subscription I bought that ended up being free for the extra 20% off in that sale that it gets you now. That set alone isn't worth $50 off for an extra 20%, but if you buy other stuff with it then it easily ends up working well.
Last year Pulse ran another sale in late November, so there's a chance to get it then on sale if they run it again this year.

The Spiderwoman/Skrull set was a tough sell at my store. A bunch of sets left at $17. I bought one because I think that is as low it will go before Target sends them to Goodwill. Also one Thor/Destroyer at $18.
I didn't get a shot at the Hulk set during this clearance.
Thor/Destroyer got cleaned out hard in my area as far as I can tell, I'm surprised there is one left at your store! Never managed to snag one.
@tsi & @normdapito, I might be interested in another Skycycle for that price as well. No need to fight over buyers!
Wanted to mention NYCC. IF your going, check out booth 4453 Collector's Castle. They had some decent prices on figures. I picked up the Jada Frankenstein and Dracula for 20$ each. They had a bunch of ML for 15$ and up Another's booth to visit is "They're Action Figures." They had large amounts of loose figures for decent prices. Figures included ML, Wrestling and others. One more booth I want to mention I unfortunately didn't get there name, but if you go to "They're Action Figures", just turn around and behind you is another booth with more loose figures.

I found one at my Target, but it turned out to be missing the Eric Masterson head. Yay closed boxes! I may keep it anyway, since I bought another set, so I can display Thor and Eric. If I do, I’ll probably see if I can sell the extra Destroyer.
