Yes, I boiled the heads to soften the adhesive. One of them took a little more effort to remove but still wasn't too bad.
Did you have to do any resculpting or trimming of the head/hair mounts or did the hair just mount without any additional changes?

There's a little peg/hair mount I think I trimmed slightly to make an easier fit.

Looks good! I’ve also seen someone swap the head/face with Gwen Stacy from the Spider-Man Retro line. They put the Sue hair back on and it looked really good. Said it was a straight swap.
Ugh, I'm so annoyed with myself. I irreparably mangled a Savage Namor I picked up from the Pulse Power Days sale. I was trying to swap the legs with a classic Namor I had in fodder, so Savage could have bare legs.
I was able to heat and pull off the hips from Classic. I worked on him first since he was already fodder, with less at stake if it went wrong. I managed to do it, which I totally didn't expect, since typically, I've never been successful with that kind of heat and pop. So that falsely raised my confidence.
I then tried it with Savage, and bent the dumbbell, warped the crotch, and nearly snapped the bottom of the pelvis (colloquially known as the gooch). So now the dumbbell is no longer anchored, but flops around loosely in the damaged crotch. In pulling on the hips, the dumbbell broke through the gooch. I was able to take the hips off finally, but the damage is done. That crotch will be too loose to hold the dumbbell ever again.
I logged on to Pulse to see if I could grab another Savage, and of course, he's now sold out! FML.

I’m sorry for your loss, but I was giggling the entire time I read that.
See if the fodder namors crotch will fit on the Savage version. You'll have to pop it apart to see if it's compatible, but if they're like every other male ML it should work. You'd just have to glue it back together. And since it's fodder anyway it won't be terrible if it breaks whilst you try.
I’m confused as to why you didn’t swap the head and overlay parts from Savage onto the Classic fodder body… it has been a while since my Savage went into a tub but if I recall isn’t the base body Grim Reaper in both cases?
Hopefully Hasbro just makea a new classic Namor using the pinless Kazar body.

Dang I missed it. I check his eBay intermittently. Obviously not enough.
I was thinking of acquiring a spare Savage Namor in clearance as I could use the spare arms from Void and his head and armour parts, so if I end up with a spare torso I’ll save it for you
