Anybody tried swapping a different head on the comics-version Yelena Belova? I just happened to be looking at the figure with her crazy goggles situation and wondering if there's an Emma Frost head that'd fit on the body. Or maybe the extra Sharon Carter head that's with the three pack?

I'd probably go with one of those Sharon Carter heads. For some reason, they're looking particularly sinister, and might be suitable for Belova.

Casting Cave made a Rogue head recently. I wouldn't say it's in his regular rotation, though.

I was looking at images of her new "White Widow" persona, and the Sharon Carter figure almost works exactly as is as a match. Just needs the belt and bracers.

Looks like the SHIELD three-pack has shipped - I'll try sinister Sharon out on Yelena to see how it looks. (I actually made a kitbashed Yelena with one of the Emma heads and a vintage card Natasha ages ago, but the bodies have improved so much since then.

Looks like the comic Shuri (from the Klaw 2-pack) to me!

Ah crap. I've wanted that figure just for her (and her cape) since that set came out, but could never justify paying extra for Klaw. 😐

Now that the forum is back I can share these!

Fury is on the Doc Ock body (the back of his coat has holes so I guess he's battle-damaged) and Cobie is a mix of Sharon Carter, Yelena and her vest. I needed a better Maria and this recipe finally clicked when I was inspired by Matchu.

Also? His custom Spider-X-Man is a figure I want NOW. Looks so perfect.

Tombstone has been my favorite figure to customize this year since its so easy to pull apart. Most everyone saw the upper chest flows on a peg. You could probably shorten it down if you can find another peg. I'll probably get another to customize so I'll see if I got any fodder around.

Tombstone body, Blade jacket, the vest is from a WWE Raul Mendoza, the neck and hands come from a NECA Xanatos, it comes with two necks. If toy have your own ball peg, you can just slot it in and it works. The head is a WWE Ricky Steamboat. I'll probably find some sunglasses and a gun for it. It's pretty tall without shortening it, so I'll likely use this with my 7 inch figures, probably Gargoyles line.

For those wondering, Kazar's head makes a decent long-haired Warren Worthington / Angel stand-in.  You can't really crane the head back due to the hair but side-to-side and down works well enough.  I think it'll look better once they get a blue/white Angel out the door for us to stick it on, but it's nice to have options.  Ikaris' head sits too low to the point of swallowing up the neck completely so he's not a good fit for Warren by comparison.

If anyone knows any good "generic" looking heads that can be nameless Shield Agents on the various 3pk bodies I've got, please speak up, so far the only one I've found that looks somewhat good is the 80th Steve Rogers unmasked Captain America head for just a generic blonde guy.  I've ordered a Secret Wars Dr. Doom for the unmasked Victor head thinking that might be a decent non-descript Shield Agent too.  The Sharon Carter blonde long-haired head from the 3pk looks good on the Quake / Shield body too if anyone wants her as a Shield operative or just a blonde Agent.

I’m using the Gamerverse Rogers head on SHIELD agents, as well as Siryn.

I tried Ka-Zar’s head on Quasar but the neck is too short in combination with the long hair. Wouldn’t pop into place. And even if it did he’d be neckless. Kinda bummed about that. REALLY want a better head for Wendall than the Robert Redford wanna-be sculpt.
