I guess it boils down to if they play a part down the road (no pun intended) or not. Billy is the safest bet, followed of course by Agatha, but someone like Rio they could easily refer to but never show, or, being

Part of me is so glad that they brought Agatha's Wandavision dress back, even briefly, (which would lend credence to there being an easy re-release or 2 pack down the line, just with a new headsculpt), but someone like Billy, his costume is bound to change and get more interesting/superhero-y (though I do love the behind the scenes details of his and Agatha's costumes having real runes and sigils sewn into them.)

As much as I enjoyed Agatha All Along, at no point did I say to myself "I'd like that character in figure form some day." It just didn't resonate for me like that. I think Hasbro is just taking a cautious approach to Disney+ figures and probably MCU characters in general after likely getting burned on so many in the past. Some characters are just inherently more bankable than others. Some of the characters people may want are also likely going to show up again in either a movie or another show so it's not like the door has been slammed shut on them.

A little sidetrack question for those of you that follow the One A Day thread:

Although Agatha All Along has completed, how long should I wait before I feature some of the characters? I don't do spoilers in that thread.

I waited about a month after Daredevil and Wolverine for some of the spoilery characters.

I never expected any figures from Agatha All Along, but if they indulge collectors, I want a figure of Aubrey Plaza in Rio's final outfit. I'll be more than happy with that alone. If and when that character shows up down the line, it probably won't be Aubrey in the role, and it won't be that awesome design.

I'm not worried about Billy. He'll either get a figure in this iteration, or as others have said, in another appearance with whatever evolution the look takes.

@beamish it would probably disrupt the style or pattern you have but you could always spoil tag if need be.

I haven't finished the show yet but I had already spoiled some character things for myself before the show even came out, that apparently were totally true. But I'll still go and post on that thread even if you do it tomorrow.

I'm glad that they're possibly doing a new Jubilee figure for an X-Men '97 wave, but I do really hope they've got a wave of mostly, if not entirely, live-action Disney+ figures in the works too. Echo is my #1 want for Marvel Legends.

In the rumor thread, it was pointed out a lot of it is 'wishlisty', and I definitely agree. The Deadpool, Disney Plus, and Marvels stuff feels that way. Yeah, it wouldn't be crazy for another DP wave to come but I'm skeptical.

That said, I'd be thrilled for that deluxe Falcon. I'd love Cyclops, Storm, and Nightcrawler... just not those versions. The black leather really does nothing for me, especially when they'll be on the shelf next to Wolverine dressed to fight crime for the Los Angeles Rams, and Colossus in a pretty comic-booky looking suit as well. I still wish they'd do like Magneto and have the newer, more comic style body with heads for both versions for Cyclops and Nightcrawler. I know we already established plenty of people would love Nightcrawler dressed as The Dude, so more power to you guys if it's true.

That Disney+ wave sounds good - except I'd be sad to see how they would cut corners because that's seven characters who need a lot of sculpting. But as I said in a recent thread when the new Disney+ Funko wave was announced - these character choices line-up.

Okay, Dar-Benn has been my prototype for character we won't get and it's amazing she may be coming. Instant purchase. But..  how on Earth are we getting her before the High Evolutionary? Lol

 

So much on this list I want. All the FF, the CM/DB 2 pack, all the D+ probably (except Captain Carter but may get cause probably a BAF wave). Thunderbolts I may skip some figures unless it's a BAF wave. Want all the X-Men movie stuff. All the D&W stuff. How will I pay for Galactus lol! I won't get the Spider-Man figures except for maybe Nico.

The Gamerverse stuff I'm ready for as far as characters I'm not sure we'll get anytime soon. I got the Miles figure from the Playsation game and he fits in well with the other guys. Black Cat, Symbiote Spider-Man, and Ghost Spider are definites for me.

I REALLY hope for that Falcon to be true. Daredevil, Punisher, and Electro I believe, but that Falcon may be the last figure I get of a character I already have. I am so anxious to retire the IW figure. Thunderbolts, definitely want Taskmaster and Sentry but Yelena and US Agent are big maybes. The FF, I'm definitely happy with just the four. I've never been interested in Silver Surfer, whichever version, so getting just the four will make me very happy.

Loki is something that has been on my life since the show, but now that I'm doing the 'only one of everyone...except Spider-Man... okay and Iron Man I guess' way, I'm wondering if the Ragnarok figure is plenty. Galactus, even if it's true they're doing him, I'm accepted I won't get him. Space may be the big issue, even at only 27 inches.

I'll buy a good number of that stuff if the leaks turn out to be accurate. Though how tf are we getting Kahhori before Echo?

How are we getting Dar-Benn before the frigging High Evolutionary lol!!! But yes, good shout. What is up with the no Echo figure? I would take her Hawkeye version or her show version lol

 

WOW. If that leaked list is true, then this MCU drought may have actually been worth it. There was an interview with Dwight recently (drawing a blank who it was with...) where he was asked about the MCU drought and he said something along the lines of "Don't worry, we got you"

An awesome list if true, but I definitely share in the skepticism of the rest of ya'll. I mean, 10 figures for Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman? Feels a bit too good to be true. Thunderbolts, though, is about what we expected.

I guess I didn't even consider the multi-pack idea for the Deadpool Corps. Considering Dogpool and Babypool would/could be more-or-less accessories ala Headpool, a multi pack like that could feel warranted, and would free up wave space for other well wanted characters. I don't necessarily need a Paradox figure, and while appropriate, Juggernaut as the BAF feels a little anticlimactic (I'm assuming they mean the D&W Juggie, not DP2 Juggie, but I'd be in for DP2)

I wouldn't be mad if that's the Fox X-Men lineup they end up going with. I get wanting to go with each character's most "interesting" look, even if it does shatter the uniformity of the team. As nice as it would be to have each member in their original movie look, the costumes do get (arguably) more visually interesting as the series goes on. I wouldn't be against someone like Storm getting alternate heads- maybe one with short hair, one with longer hair, even if it's not entirely screen accurate.

I can see the Dar-Benn 2 pack being true. I'd imagine by now they have enough parts that they can create her with quite a lot of re-use, and CM would probably just be a straight up re-release, with maybe some different paint or effects. Dar-Benn is lower on my want list, for sure, but I'd still take her.

That Disney+ wave is actually one I'd be happy with. Daredevil and Punisher are musts, and feel like certainties. I'd happily take Werewolf, and Kahhori would be welcome too; she's one of the only What If? stories I really ended up liking. I really didn't need a whole other wave from Loki, but I'd take an OB and a Miss Minutes.

I know this list is in no way confirmation, but assuming it is, did we know Franklin was gonna be in FF? A Galactus would be tempting, though at 27 inches, I'd just assume he's not quite at planet eating size yet? Otherwise, that's a heck of a downgrade. 

Still, if even half of those rumors are true, it's an exciting- and expensive- time ahead!

I think 27 inches is about all we could ask for in a MCU Galactus at this point. Anything more is Haslab territory. Yeah, it's not in true scale, but he is Galactus. He is never going to be in scale lol

 

It feels like too soon maybe for a D&W wave 2 to happen. But I won't be mad if it comes this soon. I'd love for Blade to maybe have an alt head that's more OG movie Blade. I am hoping Juggernaut is DP2 version. Not the D&W version
