And maybe in doing so they'll win a bit of trust back, so I'll buy a few more just because, and then before I know it, I'm back in fully." 🤣 It's happened to me one too many times, so I don't judge. I keep telling myself to be strong, but also I gotta be realistic. So I'm just taking it release by release, and seeing which ones I really feel the need for.
I am not super completionist with the MCU. Like, I skipped all but Banner from the Saga releases last year. Only one I may get is Iron Man Mk 2, but I am still waiting for a price drop on him. I reached the point where I don't need every single costume a character wore and will only grab new ones if it's a substantive upgrade. I have been buying 95% of it for years, but I am starting to be pickier.
Really new characters and villains are my bread and butter anymore. But it seems like we are moving away from that, so if I start getting too many gaps in the villain department and we just start getting redecos and new looks of people I have 10 figures of already, then I would walk away with what I got
@e-rock hopefully considering that leaked list has been true thus far the Leader is happening and is just being held back for spoilers. I suspect he won't be held back until his reveal in the film because I have suspicion he'll be revealed in a future trailer. At which point I could see him being a fan channel or Amazon release type thing. As long as he isn't Walmart or Target, yikes.
Honestly, I was happy to see B15 show up in D&W because some D+ characters can get made via their future film appearances. I'd say aside from half the Loki cast if they just do Darcy, Echo, Werewolf, Elsa, and Titania I'll consider the past shows done. I guess. Darcy continues to show up in films so I'm still hopeful. It'll definitely be interesting to see what happens. I kinda hope we're wrong about the D+ waves being gone and Xmen 97 just took over momentarily. Time will tell I suppose.
The only hope I am holding out for that he is coming is that he was singly listed in that leaked list from ages ago. So I am guessing if that's the case, he is an exclusive. Which isn't ideal, but I will get him regardless of how annoying the process may be. But I am hoping he is indeed coming and we see him maybe when we get a 2nd trailer and they show him in it

The only one I feel like we're really missing from Loki is Renslayer and Miss Minutes. And if I could find a Renslayer Funko Pop cheap enough I'd have Miss Minutes! 😉 I would like a non-green Jennifer, though, and of course Darcy, Darcy, Darcy! Best part of two Thors, second best episode of What If, second best character in WandaVision - it's time.
Agatha was very satisfying All Along and I would also like some representation. 🙂
Loved Agatha, and would definitely take at least a handful of figures from it. I feel pretty comfortable saying that Joe Locke's character will get a figure in the future, probably in a somewhat touched up costume as well whenever he makes an appearance next. Maybe even Agatha herself, but I'm glad that the figure we got isn't technically inaccurate to AAA. I'd love a Rio as well, and I'd take a Lillia too, just because her episode was so good.
I enjoyed Agatha, but felt they should have just left off that 9th episode. It should have ended with the 8th. I don't personally feel the need for any figures from this particular show, not a single one. I think that the Jennifer Kale character was my favorite from the show, even though she was nothing like her comic counterpart.
I think we will get the Billy and Rio characters from Agatha in their finale looks, maybe an updated Agatha, if they return to the D+ stuff.
I will be stunned if they don't revisit DD, Punisher and Kingpin from Born Again, and maybe that is when we get Echo.

I was just telling my one real life collector friend how I kinda dig the new Iron Heart armor, but too bad they don't do disney plus figures anymore.
After her first figure flopped so incredibly, would they really risk another Ironheart? Maybe she could be the BAF for the next wave! Maybe THAT'S why it's so delayed - she is!
I would so much prefer an Abomination BAF over Ironheart. I would honestly be okay with her not getting one, lol!
I think the biggest thing that stopped Ironheart from selling better before was the price point. She sold fairly well on sale around here, but a secondary character that isn't in the movie much and audiences aren't super familiar with being sold at a higher price isn't the best move, lots of new parts or not. Assuming she'll have multiple armor sets in the show, I can see them doing a more basic look that can fit as a regular figure, and I can see it moving well enough. Collectors love the iron suits, be it Hot Toys, Legends, Funko, etc. The tricky thing about them, though, is that they're ALWAYS changing. Even moreso than all the other heroes and their costumes, there will always be new suits of armor with little subtle changes. It's hard to pinpoint one exact look to want to collect.
People love their Iron suits, but Ironheart honestly I don't think was breakout enough in the movie for me to want 500 armors of hers. I didn't walk away like I did for Ms Marvel or Kate Bishop or Yelena where I was anticipating seeing those characters again. So, I have an Ironheart figure already. She is represented in my collection. So my personal interest is much more on characters I still need. Like Abomination and such.
