I honestly think the last movie I saw at/adjacent to ComiCon was the Scott Pilgrim premiere - but it was awesome because in the theater were Edgar Wright, Michael Cera, Jason Schwartzman, Chris Evans, Brandon Routh, a bunch of other cast members ... it was pretty crazy.

I didn't get to see the movie, but I was able to meet John Astin, and Jeffrey Combs for The Frighteners the year that came out. Jeffrey Combs was kinda mind blowing to me at the time just because I was already familiar with Re-Animator, etc. And I had seen Dead Alive so I was excited for Jackson but I don't know if he came later or was even there at all. That kinda stuff was exciting for me about Con back then at least.
I posted this over in the movie thread but realized maybe I should post here too as it may give some indication of what to expect for Legends. Just some happy meal toys leaked, movie plot spoilers!
Ruth is Sabra, apparently going by her real name in the movie, and Cascavel is Portuguese for Rattlesnake, apparently how Diadmondback translates in Brazil.
Winged Sam and Red Hulk are already on the leak list as deluxe releases I think, maybe the new falcon will be the BAF.
They better be making the Leader. All I am gonna say lol
@ru1977 About what I expected, but still exciting! Thank goodness Hasbro has no qualms against multiple females in a wave like some other companies. Exciting, nonetheless. I'm down with X-Men Fever right now, which I'm sure will continue with Deapool, but I know once that wares off, I'll be excited for the return of the MCU proper.

Yeah, I definitely need more mutants on the shelf. I have my 'secret wars' shelf with a bunch of Avengers, Spiderman, and Michael Fassbender and McAvoy.
If those happy meal toys reflect the legends wave, even adding Leader, I think Diamondback is my only maybe. I never got into Red Hulk and don't have any connection to most of the other characters. But maybe seeing the movie will change all that.
I dont want to give anyone hope, especially considering I haven't been that optimistic lately about the state of MCU figures in the line. But there is a Deadpool & Wolverine trailer coming tomorrow. So maybe we get a peak at those figures this week
I wonder if reshoots impacts some of this.
