My Hulkbuster and Odin arrived from Amazon on Monday.  I haven't opened Odin yet, but some quick thoughts on Hulkbuster.

Really tall figure.  Probably a head taller than the 80th Hulk.  I think the legs are a bit thin and long, but I imagine the HB as being bulkier than this figure.  Maybe I'm just remembering it differently.

The head has a ball cavity in its bottom and there's also a ball at the bottom of the neck.  However, they're kinda useless as the bottom of the head is essentially flat.  The head turns and can shift a bit around, but it's rather limited.  I think the bottom of the head could have been convex and the torso could have had a concave cavity for the curvature to allow for more movement.  It's not the worst thing.  The helmet just essentially only swivels around dispute there being ball joints in it.

I hate waist cuts.  They look terrible.  This figure probably should have had a waist ball instead, as it would look better with the metal "briefs" top being angle up on the sides.  That said, this figure doesn't even need waist articulation as the torso ball works rather well.  So it's easy to ignore the ugly waist cut and not use it.  I just the ML line to move away from waist cuts in general.

The exhausts just plug into the back but they aren't positive locking.  In other words, they're held in by friction and can come out if you bump them into things (or grab the figure and hit them).  I'm not sure why they aren't mushroom pegged.  They would have stayed in more securely.  And if you wanted to remove them, you could removed the back armor and then pop them out from inside.  Maybe this is some kind of safety issue, but it's a small annoyance.  I may epoxy the exhausts in, as they've already fallen off on me a few times, and I can see them disappearing if you transport the figure around to different locations.

The figure is huge and has some great posability, despite its size.  Torso joint works well.  Elbows hit 90 degrees.  While the figure doesn't have the same nice metallic red as the Marvel Select figure, this one does have a glossy finish which reflects and gives off maybe an inkling of an impression of metal due to the shine.   The MS Hulkbuster definitely has a better look to it regarding color and paint. But it's hard to not like a figure as huge as this ML Hulkbuster.  Especially when it moves as well as this one does too.

I approve this message, but the "T" in the must be capitalized.

So looking forward to this Hulkbuster Iron Man. It looks great! Works as a heroic armor to fight Hulk and as an antagonist drone that defeated the Avengers until iron Man was able to stop it.

LOL... literally while I was reading this I reached for my Hulkbuster and as I was grabbing it my hand bumped one of the exhaust ports and it popped off and bounced behind a cabinet and now I have to figure out how to retrieve it without knocking over 100+ action figures... sigh.

The big boys arrived today and damn, if they don't impress!

Hulkbuster is ginormous and has a slew of great details on him. He's pretty much perfect for what he needs to be. My only nit is they didn't put holes in the repulsers so we can put blast effects in. May drill some myself.

Odin is just majestically marvelous! Big, beefy, with just a ton of ornamental detailing befitting the Lord of Asgard. Everywhere you look, there is something to take in. I absolutely love this figure!

@tfitz agree wholeheartedly, Fitz.  He is ornate, befitting of the AllFather.

@maschine9 the kitbash was a great stand in for a few years. Zero paint, just swaps and glue.

Now I really need these guys and Baldar. Actually add Sif to that. I have the TRU one, but I know they can do better, now.
