During that time, I watched on Popfindr as the 12 out of 14 stores in my area that had her go from 7 or so in stock, quickly fall to zero. I was actually pretty shocked at how fast they sold out at all those stores.

Same happened in my area.  I don't think they sold out, I think something else funky in Target's web inventory system happened.  Impossible to predict what exactly happened, but they've been screwing up inventory management more often than not for almost two solid years now.  They used to be fantastic, but not so much anymore.

I like their customer service though--the people in the stores really do try their best to help you out in finding out what the corporate inventory folks have screwed up this time.

Refreshed the page at 11pm pacific time and saw it was available for online order so I ordered that and JW Hammond Collection Claire.  Refreshed at 11:30 out of curiosity and she was available at my closest store with Claire at the next closest.  I had JW Delta already confirmed for pick-up at the closest.  Cancelled the online order and grabbed Warbird and my dino today.  I have a MRI tomorrow so I'll pick Claire up then when I'm closer.

Slightly confusing but I managed to nab all the figures I wanted.  Warbird is great.  I wish we could get more figures out on this body sculpt.

Didn't know this was a thing yet and look at that - interchangeable arms for a day to night look! Amazing. 🙂

Not the Claire I was hoping for, that was a disheveled JW1 look, but this works.  There is also a HC pyroraptor but I don't think that's on the website yet.  Found that one in-store last week.

I think this goes in this thread, saw on Target that Astonishing Wolverine is in stock for anyone who missed a pre-order.

Thanks for that heads-up! Much appreciated. 🙂

I also hate how many frickin' Wolverines Hasbro has gotten me to purchase this year - and the MCU one may be one of my most anticipated of the year.

Also, the Iron Man Retro figures are now showing up if you scan their UPCs in the Target app. They aren't available but they are visible for the first time.

Just to provide some context as to why people may have been seeing less than 6 (or none at all) of Warbird early Sunday morning: Target doesn't necessarily ship online orders from only their warehouse. They may ship the product to local stores and then pull that store's inventory to ship to the customer's home. I'm not sure if this is the case with pre-orders, but it may very well be. I had an employee check the DPCI for Warbird at a local Target on Saturday and it said they only had 1 that would be available for sale on Sunday. The other 5 were probably going to be sent for ship-to-home orders.

@jayjonah The Target I went to yesterday had a full case of the Wolverine's there. I held out as Pulse already took my money for him.

My Amazon Ghost Rider pre-order suddenly shipped and arrived yesterday.  Awesome piece.  The pop-a-wheelie flame stand works great.

Had to cancel my order on Gamestop for the Luke Cage and Iron Fist 2-pack so I can order it on Amazon.

Good Lord, the 85th Anniversary figures aren't messing around! Got Wolvie, Ock Spidey, and Luke/Danny today and they are all top notch figures. Each with an extra head and multiple hands. Pretty much all new sculpting, and any/all of them can be contenders for Legends top 10 figures for the year. Not a stinker in the bunch.

Having said that, I'll happily take another Wolverine without the yellow blocks on his gloves and boots and a more Cassaday looking masked sculpt.

My one nit is on Power Fist. His inner chest (flesh/tattoo area), sticks out more than the outer chest  under his outfit. It's disconcerting to me.

Oh, Ghost Rider arrives tomorrow, so I'm eagerly awaiting him as well.

Has Marvel ever done an amalgam of the two? If not, missed opportunity.

Probably not what you're talking about, but Victor Alvarez (the new/younger Power Man) is basically that. Powers and skills very similar to Iron Fist, but with a look and codename like Luke's.

@h-bird Nice! That's close enough. I'll have to do some catch up reading.

I haven't read a ton of his stories, but I liked what I have! I know he's teamed up with some other legacy heroes at times, which I personally enjoy. And there's a fun issue where he faces off against a bunch of old-school Power Man villains from back in the day.
