In my younger days, I might have gone at opening, but after being there and literally being pushed aside by the scalpers running to the aisles and grabbing everything, I've stopped going. I'm 6'3, 210 and that doesn't phase them at all.

Also, one of the Targets near me holds things for their "friends", so sadly there is no point in ever seeing Carol at that store.

I actually managed to get a preorder in during the 3 minutes she was up, and it's showing backordered (same for others, apparently). I'm content to wait and hope it ships, and if not then I'll try my luck later on. I'm still not convinced she'll be terribly difficult to get hold of after release.

Am I crazy to think that most of this stuff is gonna show up on the Target site at some point Sunday to order? Never got an order in for Warbird or the Wreckage TF set but I feel pretty confident they'll be up on the site in a few hours.

I plan to sit on the computer at midnight and hopefully get a store pick-up on Ms. Marvel tomorrow.  I don't want to see the same sad-sack scalpers wondering the aisles with armloads of HW cars.  Luckily my closest store never has product out on release day, it's still in the back so a pick-up is the ideal way to go.

This is my plan as well . . . but midnight where?

Here's how it's going to play out at my store. I'm going to place a store pick up order. The employee will go to the aisle location to pick my figure, but not see it on the shelf because it's still in the backroom.  Then they will say to themselves, "I guess we don't have any, I should zero out the inventory."  I'm going to try to get a few orders in and hit my store at 8am. I still have a UK preorder that says August, if all else fails.

10:00/12:00 - All 20-ish stores within 30-mile radius are all Out of Stock.

I knew this would happen.

It might just be slowly loading.  I got the same result . . . and now, two of the stores have some (6 in one, 2 in another).

Ordered 2. One for pickup. One for shipping. Added some toothpaste for free shipping. Just in case one doesn't make it.

She went up almost 10 minutes after the WWE figures.  None of the nearby stores have a pick up option and say out of stock, even with popfindr showing 8 or 10, so I placed an order to ship.

I was in my Target account looking at my favorites page, then I couldn't checkout because it said my password was incorrect.  I had to futz around with a code to reset my password even though I was just in my damn account.  At least she's still available to those up at this time.

What happens if I try to order two more after ordering the first two?

The Target pick up system doesn't make sense sometimes.  An Undertaker figure dated for the 21st is available to pickup at a store 20 miles away. Target.com says four left, but I can't pick up at my store that also has four left.
