I picked up my Iron Fist/Cage two pack preorder at Gamestop today. I really only wanted Iron Fist to go with Classic Power Man and was going to sell Luke as I am not as into some of the modern looks like this one. After opening the set though I changed my mind. He is a great figure and I can't say enough about the difference butterfly shoulder joints make-especially when they work this well. I seriously need a comic modern Jessica Jones to go with him now. I had the Jewel version that came in the Defenders pack but all I could see was what Purple Man did to her in that outfit and I just never really liked it. Iron Fist is everything I hoped he'd be and looks fantastic next to classic Power Man!

I went into a couple of Targets today armed with a Warbird DPCI and asked employees to check.  They said they have her but she's street dated until the 21st.  The street date is not news to me, but it's good to know the figures are in the building.  Baring any employees doing different things for different people (which I can tell you as a former retail employee is something that absolutely DOES happen), it shouldn't be too tough to walk in early-ish Sunday morning and grab one.

Target shipped my Carol. Still probably check the store Sunday since I am impatient...

Got in a Ghost Rider from Gamestop this week. He's incredible and the flame effects do a great job of keeping the bike stable and replicating the look from the comics. They really nailed all the details on the figure, even getting the assymetrical design right. I'm glad I got the Gamestop sale price, but he'd definitely be worth the MSRP. The head might be the only bit of reuse on the whole thing!

I do wish they'd gotten the face-plate on the bike right though. There's a bunch of weird details on it and the rectangular windshield openings are just cutouts that look like eye-slits or something. It's odd that the design of the figure was so spot on but the bike's main feature (and nothing else) is so far off.

I received the Target exclusive Warbird figure from CMD Store in Canada today.  I’m not sure why this hasn’t been mentioned as an issue yet but this figure is way too small for the character or my Legends collection. Am I the only one who feels this way?

This is annoying. One of Superior Spider-Man's tentacles has a different peg that won't go into the backpack. I can grind it down to fit, but it's not ideal. I'm guessing that's the peg used on the middle sections that aren't meant to pop apart and they accidentally assembled it with one on the end. I wonder how often that happened and went unnoticed.

Got Ghost Rider last Monday from the gamestop website, they didn't charge me until yesterday. Still wait for the Luke Cage and Iron Fist 2-pack.

Got my Danny GR from GS today.  Probably my favorite ML of the 85 lot, maybe so far this year.  A big hole in my collection so now I need to start a supernatural shelf.  Got an awesome Blade last year, got the whole monster wave coming up.  Gonna need more shelf space!  Please, Hasbro, bring on Vengeance next.

Luke Cage and Iron Fist came yesterday from Amazon.  Great set as well.  I thought I would be OK with the Amazon Defenders Luke Cage for my New Avengers but, naw, this one is far better.  More human proportions, no Liefeld shelf-chest, pinless and looks mostly new.

@thwiptster did you try popping apart the other leg segments? It’s possible the first and second sections just got swapped in assembly.

nope. It’s already trimmed and ground down and fitted into the backpack. I tugged on each segment a bit, but none of them were budging and it would have taken longer to heat and disassemble them than it did to just alter the peg.

Skaar just arrived. Looks almost entirely new. I think it’s just the legs reused, because they have pins in the knees, but I can’t place them. Definitely a former BAF because the left leg popped off at the thigh swivel immediately. He can double grip his sword and the dagger can sheath on his belt on his back, unlike the stupid permanently sheathed dagger that barely plugged onto the original awful figure. This is a 1000% upgrade.

MCUCollector24 claims the legs are from Caliban.

I saw MCU's review and may have to get Skaar now.  For some weird reason I thinking he was on the current Hulk body.  I have no idea why but he looks pretty good.  I have the old one from 100-years ago but have no idea where it's stored.  In a tote somewhere.

Danny Ghost Rider is amazing. I haven't had Johnny on his bike displayed for a while just rotating stuff in and out and I'm about to go break him out of his storage spot and put these two side by side. They really did a great job with his bike. My only knock on the figure is he's the first Marvel Legends I've bought in... I want to say YEARS where he's got a loosey goosey knee. His right knee is kinda floppy. But he's going to mostly stay on the bike and it's not so loose he can't stand up on his own so no big worries there.

I was meeeeeeh ordering Danny and Luke cos I was pretty happy with the existing figures (sure, a bit outdated but they worked for me) but man what an upgrade to both. I'm not even really a fan of the classic Iron Fist look, awlays liked his more modern version (and loved the Pizza Spidey buck version's hand wraps!) but this is just a really, really nice set. Luke is more of an upgrade than I expected.

F4 Spidey and Wolverine... I actively am mad at how easy I am to sell any variation of these two guys. I know it's just a simple repaint, I know it's nothing special, but I LOVE this set. I'm such a sucker for Peter and Logan with off-brand color palettes. I should play harder to get but I know I never will. Love the set, makes me really happy to have 'em.
