Maybe even reissue Mr. Hyde, as a deluxe, with a hatless, classic head, too.

Guys! GUYS! You Fuckin' Guys!
DANNY GODDAMN KETCH.

I've been waiting like 15 years for a better version of this character in ML. I've bitched, whined, and wishlisted about this through like two entire versions of The Fwoosh Forums. Ketch has basically been on my top ten most wanted list for as long as Fwoosh was doing those. Genuinely cannot express my absolute delight right now. He's got hands for posing, hands for riding, new (or at least different?) body sculpt, a perfect bike sculpt with effects. It's amazing. I'm so happy.

Never cared for the Astonishing Wolverine costume very much but that updated figure looks incredible. So I'm definitely gonna get it. And then I'm gonna re-buy every goddamn Wolverine figure on the new body because I am pathetic and they know they can do this to me.
I've been banging the 'more hand options' drum for a long time now and it's awesome to see them finally going that route. My one complaint, if you guys will indulge me, is not being able to plug the claws into any of the other hands. That's something I really liked about the steelbox Mezco figure and I was hoping IF Hasbro ever got around to doing something like this, we'd be able to use the claws with more than just fist hands.
It's a fairly minor complaint, but c'mon. Let me use the claws where I want them. Unless I'm wrong here. But it really doesn't look like the other hands have slots cut into them at all.

It really is incredible to *finally* be getting Ketch in the modern Legends era! When I was like...13? 14? I bought a collection of the first 30 or so issues of the 90s Ghost Rider run and binge read them all while listening to Thursday. I don't listen to Thursday anymore, but the association remains and is pretty much permanent at this point 20+ years later!

...one member of the Avengers that barely had anything to do with Iron Man...

She-Hulk did "smash" Tony on at least one occasion... maybe more... 😉

How about a line of Tony's conquests?

Pepper Potts

Black Widow

Hellcat

Wasp

Madame Masque

Gamora

Emma Frost

Maria Hill

Crimson Cowl - Justine Hammer

Madame Menace - Sunset Bain

Maybe - Jessica Drew

Maybe - Mary Jane Watson

Bethany Cabe

Plenty of other non-costumed women

Damn! That's almost 2 waves right there!

So far all the figures look great. They come with enough accessories, second heads, hands and the price is...normal.

1. "Modern" Wolverine looks good. Nothing more to add, honestly.

2. Warbird looks great. Happy to have her...but It's fucking Target, so who knows. Also, the point of articulation in her thighs would look better above the boot tops.

3. Luke and Danny. Again, this is my favorite versions of this characters, happy to have them.

4. Danny Ketch Ghost Rider. FINALLY. Looks better than that overpriced garbage Mezco figure.

5. Skaar. Looks great, don't care about him.

6. Superior Spider-Man...looks ok, don't need him (and the character concept itself seems pretty ridiculous to me now).

Warbird looks good.  Nice catch about the boot tops finally being sculpted.  Too bad the thigh swivel articulation wasn't hidden at that point.  I should have sold my previous ML Warbird a while back.

Danny Ketch Ghost Rider looks great.  Nice to see we're still able to get rider sets in the line.

While I want a classic Iron Fist, I'm not thrilled with the abs being exposed like that.  I remember his open costume tapering downward to the beltline.  Not going straight down.  I'm usually not a stickler for small details or having figures super accurate to source material, but it's kind of an eyesore to me.  I have no need for that modern, t-shirt wearing Luke Cage either.  And the brass knuckle fists just don't do it for me.  While I would have leapt at the idea of a classic Iron Fist/Luke Cage 2pk, I'll be waiting for a pricedrop on this one.  Rather disappointed by this set.

Astonishing Wolverine looks ok/good.  I'm all for bright colors, but I feel this design needs to have a darker blue.  The blue being as bright as it is makes me realize just how much blue there is on the sides of this costume.  It's a lot.  Darkening it may look less jarring.

The rock...maybe a classic Hulk.  Wasn't there a rock throwing Hulk figure back in the day?   They made a point to throw it.  So maybe a First Appearance/classic Hulk using a new(er) body to fit in with the other classic Avengers we've been getting.

Also, that Luke Cage body looks really good...

Can you give us a better classic Sandman figure on that mold? Just need a new head and paint.

I only have two minor gripes about the amazing new Ghost Rider:

The plastic chains as opposed to real metal...the original Toy Biz Ketch had an awesome metal chain.  I'd use it on the new figure except I sold it over 15 years ago.  Stupid.

Also....I don't love the cut-out "headlights."  I always thought those were supposed to be solid, not hollow.

Yeah, I was like 9-10 years old when I first got into actually reading comics over just looking at pictures and such. I had a bunch of Conan comics, and continued to get those and read them. I had some X-Men already so I was primed to keep sticking with that. Ketch GR was the first comic I can remember picking up almost specifically to read it. That and Punisher: War Journal. When the figures came out a couple of years later I grabbed a bunch right away (that is - my parents did) and that was it. GR would by one of THE mainstays of my Marvel love affair ever after.

It's so cool that this figure looks like it does not disappoint. It's easily a situation where we are NOT going to see this character again in Marvel Legends. At least not for another decade or two. Half-ass it and we're just going to be stuck with a half-assed figure - unlike stuff like Captain America or Wolverine that you know you're going to get again and again.

As for future GR-related figures; the honest truth is that I've scaled so far back on collecting that I don't really care very much. I'm happy just to get this guy. I'm mostly just collecting my absolute favorite characters these days rather than world-building.
That said, if they wave '90s de-powered Johnny and Vengeance WITH BIKES in my face, I'm going to buy them. Period.

I hope the '90s love continues with a v2 Shatterstar. He's still sitting at my number 1 most wanted spot.

I was also thinking this blue feels too light, even pastel. I thought it would/should be a better match to Astonishing Cyke's blue.

I thought the bike looked pretty good, not fussed about anything else though 😀

Happy to get Ketch and his bike! Looks well done and love the "wheelie" flame base...

I remain of the belief that if they had announced this figure and bike along with the King of Hell Blaze figure before the HasLab, I think Robbie and his car would have been better received.

Also glad to see the other Danny, even if a little annoyed they didn't pair him with classic Luke, or better yet a classic Colleen Wing.

I need to look closely at the 3-pack Warbird to decide if I want to get this one - I am sure it is an upgrade, but not a character that will ever be prominent in my displays so, on the fence...

Just Ketch GR and Wolverine for me.  Will pick up Ms. Marvel on sale.  And that is one of the ugliest/blandest Logan portraits we've gotten thus far.  The hair looks to have no definition on top but all kinds of ridges on the muttonchops.  I realize it's probably meant to look like the art from the book, but it looks like Gerard Depardieu.  Depardon't like it at all.  Masked head it is, and I hope they paint the tip/underside of his nose unlike the stills released.

Iron Fist looks really good. I keep passing on the classic Power Man because of the weird underarm thing, but I may pinch my nose and buy it just to get this iconic duo.

It doesn't help that he's part of a 2-pack I don't want half of, though.

I got Toy Biz Ketch a little over a year ago for a good price but no chain.  Didn't think I'd ever find one, then someone came along and gave me one for free!  I love that figure warts and all and I'm not a big enough Ghost Rider fan to rebuy.  The new one looks pretty damn good though, heck, just about everything here does.
