I about had a stroke when I saw the Dan Ketch GR! Practically PERFECT... My only tiny quibble would be that while reusing the previous GR skull is perfectly fine, that the Danny GR tended to have a larger plume of purely yellow fire that surrounded the entire head, see the new Jack O'Lantern's head to understand what I mean! But admittedly that's a minor issue! I don't even mind reuse of the flaming chain! But my main hope and concern is that there is a Retro Carded wave for a Trenchcoat Blaze and some GR Baddies, at least Scarecrow, Blackout, Deathwatch, Madcap, Vengeance, Zarathos, Centurious...
Just watched the video and saw the reveals. I'm in for everything they've revealed so far! Looks great.

I paid $7 for Avalanche at Target and I'm STILL thinking about returning it.

We just got a retro Iron Man wave that included 3 versions of Iron Man, one member of the Avengers that barely had anything to do with Iron Man, one Avengers villain, that was only Marginally Iron Man related and one solid Iron Man villain that appeared in the old Toy Biz Iron Man line.
Even if they decided to roll out a retro carded Ghost Rider wave I think you should expect - Dan Ketch, which would be this same Ghost Rider figure with a human head; Trenchcoat Blaze is a reasonable guess, maybe Vengeance as the throw back to the vintage Toy Biz wave; retro Blade because it's fan demanded and Blade is GR adjacent from Midnight Sons, and Dr. Druid - as the random Avenger with marginal thematic ties... maybe, maybe someone like Lilith as the lone female, but that might be a bridge too far.
Does anyone know exactly what this Wolverine is based on? Everyone is saying Astonishing, but I don't recognize the yellow panels on the boots and gloves or the seams around the tiger stripes.
Aside from the piping across the center of the body and the legs, I remember the Astonishing costume from 2004 as being very sleek.

We'll probably never know for certain, but I'd bet 100s of my moneys that we would have gotten Ketch a year ago if the EoV had funded. Seems obvious they would have some Ghost Rider product planned to come out around the time it delivered.
Ignoring PC's totally valid and grounded-in-reality skepticism about a Ghost Rider Retro line - how about at least Vengeance (with bike), Deathwatch, and Blackout to complement Ketch?

I've been waiting like 15 years for a better version of this character in ML. I've bitched, whined, and wishlisted about this through like two entire versions of The Fwoosh Forums. Ketch has basically been on my top ten most wanted list for as long as Fwoosh was doing those. Genuinely cannot express my absolute delight right now. He's got hands for posing, hands for riding, new (or at least different?) body sculpt, a perfect bike sculpt with effects. It's amazing. I'm so happy.
Never cared for the Astonishing Wolverine costume very much but that updated figure looks incredible. So I'm definitely gonna get it. And then I'm gonna re-buy every goddamn Wolverine figure on the new body because I am pathetic and they know they can do this to me.
I've been banging the 'more hand options' drum for a long time now and it's awesome to see them finally going that route. My one complaint, if you guys will indulge me, is not being able to plug the claws into any of the other hands. That's something I really liked about the steelbox Mezco figure and I was hoping IF Hasbro ever got around to doing something like this, we'd be able to use the claws with more than just fist hands.
It's a fairly minor complaint, but c'mon. Let me use the claws where I want them. Unless I'm wrong here. But it really doesn't look like the other hands have slots cut into them at all.

They actually did right by fans and didn't straight up repackage classic Cage like how most of us thought. Modern Cage is perfect and I am 100% getting this 2 pack.
Absolutely! At minimum, Blackout, Deathwatch, Blaze in Trenchcoat (soft goods so he can ride the previous bike!), and Vengeance WITH Bike would be dandy! But Scarecrow is also quite necessary, and he absolutely qualifies as a villain for not just GR, but Spidey, Cap, AND Iron Man, so that's 3 additional justifications for making him! Just throw in his pitchfork, and you can reuse the ravens from Herald Thor for additional accessories!
