While I'd love a comic Man-Ape, I don't think he's popular enough to get a MS figure. Again, I'd love to see it happen, though.
Are you being serious right now? In what world is Titanium Man more popular than Man Ape - a character that has appeared in multiple major MCU films including the two Avengers movies that grossed over two billion dollars each? Hell, the M'baku character stole every scene he was in in the first Black Panther movie.
You really think M'baku the Man Ape isn't well enough known to get a figure? I say that's crazy talk.

Haha yes, crazy talk indeed!
He has been a highly desired villain for ages now it seems like and one of the most popular Black Panther villains ever, aside from Klaw. And he most definitely has that screen time that MS apparently takes into account. He would surely be a hit.
😮 Imagine a Marvel Select High Evolutionary, or Psycho Man, or classic Radioactive Man? 😮
On the subject of armored characters, I think a Marvel Select Whirlwind would be pretty cool. I've always thought of him as an Iron Man rogues mainstay due to how often he appeared in the various cartoons, but I don't know if he's actually that prominent in the comics. Still, I think he's recognizable enough and he also just looks cool. I could see him coming with a sick stand/base like Human Torch.
Iron Monger is another, but Hasbro put out a pretty good BAF, so it might not generate the same level of interest as other large characters. Although whatever MS cooks up would inevitably look even cooler and have better value than a BAF.
@vwbeetle It's worth noting that the Iron Monger BAF is close to 10 years old at this point
Iron Monger would be amazing, that would be at the top of my list. The ML one was already severely undersized when it came out 10 years ago.
It'll go perfectly with Silver Centurion, MS please!!!
Is Attuma considered an armored figure?
I'm really hoping the new X-Man will be Professor.
M'Baku showed up in one of my earliest comic book reads, West Coast Avengers #1, but he is NOT a mainstream character. His movie counterpart looks nothing like him, and I don't think there is a high demand for M'Baku merch.
And not every Marvel character is available to us at all times. We were not able to make Apocalypse for a long time, even though he was at the top of our list. And the FF and their friends and foes were not available for a looong time, hence the gap between Silver Surfer and Torch. I'm actually not sure Namor is an option for us at this time, but yeah, I'd probably want to do the black outfit he frequently wears.
The "classic" Captain America we made for Disney wasn't really classic. It was based on the John Cassaday Cap, with the pronounced scale mail and the little gold pedestal. It was okay, but it had some articulation issues, that shield clip, and the face was not great either (just my opinion). The classic Cap we're working on is based on old Zeck artwork, hence NO pronounced scale mail, the black on the front of the mask, and the alternate parts are for WWII.
I finally got Iceman from Entertainment Earth and I'm generally very impressed with him. Happy to have him, and taking on the challenge of trying to fudge him into my Legends/Mafex Jim Lee X-Men display.
He looks great, and I love all the accessories. Still not a fan of the lower arms and legs being a different color than the rest of him, but it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would.
There are a few nagging issues:
- The placement of the foot pegs on the base really limits posing options
- The effect hands being too heavy to stay up is a bit of a bummer, even with the included support stands
- I feel like the X-belt rides a little too high on his torso, and is too tight to pull down any further
Overall, a solid release. I'm considering buying a second one for an X-Factor display.

Like with most figures I'd say, some of their issues we perceive as big in pictures turn out to be miniscule in hand.

Heat the belt up, then stretch it a bit and put in lower on him. It'll stay in place without any issues (or at least it stays on mine).
Is Attuma considered an armored figure?
Lol did you come here to cope after finding out that Attuma wasn't the BAF in the latest Marvel Legends Avengers wave?
The Skrull/Brood pack was by far my favorite Marvel Select offering. Would love to see that happen again, but with extra head(s) and hand(s) for the Skrull.
Put me down for MS Iron Monger! For Attuma, I would prefer ML over MS, but I'd take it from either line at this point.
