I agree, it doesn't need to be about articulation, but there should be a trade off if not. New sculpt, with unique details if the character calls for it.

Oh for sure that... they can't just release a normal Marvel Legends figure and charge $50+ for it.

Maximum Hulk hit my Pile of Loot at BBTS today, but I'm in no hurry to have him shipped.That tells me all I need to know about my decision to buy the figure in the first place.
