OMG... best argument for army building this guy yet.    Really hope they release him as a deluxe figure down the line.

For anyone who wants Mindless One I wouldn't put a ton of stock into Dwight's musings about what may end up being offered in the future unless he makes it clear he already knows because it's already in the plans.  He has a lot more input than we do into the process, but it's mostly Ryan Ting and Jesse Falcon who decide what gets made.  Whenever Dwight says Mindless One would be a great deluxe figure, or that maybe we'll eventually offer you the screaming Siryn head that we sculpted but didn't give you--which I'm sure made Ryan Ting's eyes roll almost completely up into his forehead permanently that Dwight actually said that out loud--that's just him speculating pretty much like we do here.

Is there evidence of this? I've always gotten the sense that everyone on the Marvel team has input. They've said on stream that Dan pushed for the Spider-Man TAS line.

Both what you said and what I said are correct--which I also said in the first half of the sentence you bolded.  Everyone has input, but Ryan decides.  The evidence is across multiple streams based upon comments from Dwight and Dan both deferring to Ryan, or saying that they don't want to get chewed out by Ryan.  Dan sometimes calls Ryan "boss" and I think Dwight has referred to him that way as well, although I may be remembering that wrong about Dwight calling him that.  Certainly Dwight has explicitly said before he doesn't want to mis-speak and have Ryan chew him out.

Jesse has more input because he's their primary customer. He works for and manages Hasbro's handling of the brand, and they regularly point out that they work closely with him throughout work weeks.  My guess is that Jesse also manages other companies who make Marvel merchandise, but I've never heard confirmation of that in any stream.

I think Dwight and Ryan are pretty equal, Dwight is senior designer for the brand and Ryan deal with the brand globally and it's marketing.  That's why Dwight sometimes says what he says, he can't say too much or the wrong thing because that's marketing restrictions. Not necessarily saying Ryan has control over what gets made. Jesse Falcon i do think gets final say in that however, they likely pitch him ideas, show him proofs, and likewise he will push something or flat out tell them they have to make this on behalf of marvel. So he'd be the top of the chain in that respect (unless he has board members or something he has to meet with in branding and he's just the messenger to even higher ups in his department)

Exactly.  Ryan is more of a marketing guy, so the other guys are deferring to him regarding what they're allowed to say.  Jesse represents Marvel and therefore has to approve, or even suggests, what is made.

Threw a wired fabric coat on Blade, like him a lot more now. Will probably repaint the sleeves to match.

I wish Blade had the bandolier for the stakes, or some way to store them. I'm not normally someone who likes storage on their figures, but I like the stakes and the throwing knife/scythes? and wish both could be on him.

Agree, kind of cheap on Hasbro's part to not at least give him a leg band that could store them.

My Blade and Luke Cage have shipped from Hasbro Pulse.  And in very rare form, Hasbro Pulse has shipped them out together, in the same box!

I also have the wave coming tomorrow from Pulse. I’m expecting just one box. Excited to build a second Mindless One.

Got the Mindless Ones wave just in time for Halloween! Outstanding wave filled with great characters with a bunch of accessories!

Blade— I’ve wanted an updated Blade figure for a long time, and this is my favorite version of him so far. Love this new head sculpt and all of these great vampire-hunting accessories.

Midnight Suns Iron Man— I love Iron Man in black and gold armor, like his Marvel NOW Armor and the Mainframe armor. This armor is vibrant and pops on the shelf with that shiny gold. The new helmet sculpt, chest plate, and pauldrons spice up the previous Gamerverse armor body a lot. I really like the sculpted magical runes and the fiery rune detailing on the faceplate and chest plate. Really snazzy looking and distinctive armor for the armory.

Luke Cage— Excellent update! His head sculpt is awesome. I like how his headband cuts into his hair. I like how the articulation works here, like Wonder Man. It’s too bad that you can see his skin through the shoulder articulation—maybe it could have been solved by painting the edges of the torso yellow underneath the shirt overlay.

Clea— She has a beautiful head sculpt and face printing. I love the colors of this suit. Really nice to finally get this classic magical character to go with Dr. Strange and her uncle Dormammu.

Lady Bullseye— She’s got such a distinctive character design. I love all of her accessories, particularly the blades fans. The hashi (chopsticks) in her hair are a very cool seeing touch.

Fist Ninja— Cool updates to the previous Hand ninja figure. I like the new loin cloth and belt piece. The new skeleton head is great!

Daredevil—I really like this new costume for him. Very cool blend of sort of tactical look with a martial arts feel. Great figure and a nice complement to the fantastic modern Elektra figure.

BAF Mindless Ones— Finally Mindless Ones minions for Dormammu!  Love the super classic feel of this figure. Articulation is nice for such a big and bulk design. I love energy effects, so the smokey magical eye blast effect is much appreciated.

Overall, this is such a fun and timely mystical/creepy wave for Halloween! I love the return to window packaging as well

@Thor-El - email me regarding your deleted question. Info in my profile.

It's been interesting to see Clea and Blade battle it out for most popular of the wave. And whoever said Daredevil's pants should been done like Ahsoka's from The Black Series - spot on. That would have been cool.

I wouldn't speculate the hierarchy really, but Dwight is the only one in the design role I believe. I think there are many figures he has designed that never saw the light of day and many are likely in the background.  Like X-Force Kane was sculpted YEARS ago according to Dwight but no figure. So he probably works on many characters currently on his desk and has to be careful not letting himself slip and mention a project that might not see shelves.  I don't know if that makes Ryan his boss, just gotta protect that info.

Annoying that Daredevil doesn't get fists.
