Yeah... I got my Clea, Lady Bullseye and Fist -  but no sign of Power Man.     Hmmm...

Clea and Blade are the final stragglers of the wave for me from Amazon; they arrive tomorrow.

Clea is a modern look, right?

I received Clea and Blade from Amazon today.

I'm finished with this wave now.

I like the entire wave except for one figure and this is Luke Cage.

He is for me the most disappointing figure in this wave and this year.

Luke Cage is not I repeat is not the same height and build as Captain America being 6ft6 425lbs.

He maybe all new but he is a disappointing all new and he has no boot swivel.

X-men 97 Bishop is all new as far as I can tell and he is almost as tall as cosmic Thor and has boot swivel.

That Bishop is outstanding while Luke Cage is a headscratcher.

I simply hate it when figures are sacrificed in some way for the BAF.

He's going straight to the fodder bin never to be seen again.

I wouldn't say Luke was sacrificed for the BAF. If it's a new sculpt, Hasbro just whiffed on it. When it comes to a new mold, it costs the same to make a great figure or a serviceable one.

Oh even worse then. I think I will take my disappointment to Stall's Instagram.

I'm interested in Clea, but a clearance Clea, not a full price Clea.

Just opened the last two figures from the wave for me, Clea and Blade. Clea's been on my top ten want list since I started collecting and I gotta say - zero complaints. Simple, effective, looks great, nothing to critique from me.

Blade's very cool, but I'm just not a fan of open-mouthed figures, even for daywalkers. Only change I"d make for him is an alt head with a closed mouth.

Matty's my favorite figure of the year. I love beardy, vengeful Daredevil so much.

I am hoping to get Clea and Lady Bullseye on some sort of clearance. Even if it's just 17.99

There's times I'm really stingy and will hold out for half off or lower, but there are times Im perfectly happy with 25%....I haven't decided where Clea falls yet.

Probably worth remembering that these are online only, which means a potential smaller run.

Plus the retailers selling the wave tend not to do clearance; I think it's mostly just Gamestop who runs sales and does clearance.  I've always found their clearance items to be VERY hard to land though.  They also don't run deep sales much anymore.  They used to run at least one 30% off sale per year on toys, but I haven't seen that in years now; 25% is their max from what I've seen.

Amazon has no shelf space to micro-manage like Target and Walmart do, and even Gamestop doesn't carry as much in stores as they used to which I assume is why they run sales less than they used to.

yeah with this wave being online only i suspect i will eventually cave and buy Luke for full price despite some gripes with the figure.  While its a good looking wave overall he's my only must-buy so i'll take my chance on sales with the others.

Not a great sign for the line, at least for my collecting priorities... guess its just mcu BAF waves and retro spidey/x-men waves that Target/WM will be carrying? Not sure how long comic BAF waves will continue if they are online only, guess we'll see. I can' really blame retailers, although i tend to doubt the mcu waves or retro waves necessarily sell a whole lot better than comic BAF waves. But then not a lot of A-listers in either wave being sold online, which may have been a factor as well.

I have the entire wave and the best two figures in the wave are Mindless One and Clea.  Luke looks great and I love him, but yea, they really did him dirty with his upper body articulation.

For anyone who wants Mindless One I wouldn't put a ton of stock into Dwight's musings about what may end up being offered in the future unless he makes it clear he already knows because it's already in the plans.  He has a lot more input than we do into the process, but it's mostly Ryan Ting and Jesse Falcon who decide what gets made.  Whenever Dwight says Mindless One would be a great deluxe figure, or that maybe we'll eventually offer you the screaming Siryn head that we sculpted but didn't give you--which I'm sure made Ryan Ting's eyes roll almost completely up into his forehead permanently that Dwight actually said that out loud--that's just him speculating pretty much like we do here.

So anyone who wants Mindless One should consider getting one now or at least over the next year or so on the secondary market.  Maybe it'll eventually be a deluxe, and maybe it won't.  Don't take Dwight's statement about that from the stream as a promise, or really even an indication that it's at all in Ryan's plans or on his radar.
