Got my Giant Man replacement eyes today!
What country do you live in? Dan Who got his eyes as well, and he's in the UK. Someone else from the UK in the comments of his Youtube video about it claimed they got theirs 6 weeks ago, and someone else from the US claimed they called support and were told the US would get them in late February.

I'm in the UK and seems to be dispatching here first for some reason. The strange thing is the letter was dated November 24' so maybe they had the eyes ready and didn't dispatch until after the holidays.
So where should I send the request and what information should I include to get a replacement set of eyes for Giant man?
they will ask for a few things like your order number, the serial numbers of the figure, photos of the defects, etc.
I processed my Giant Man replacement order almost immediately. Still haven't received anything. Is this normal?
I just don't think this entire situation is normal for Hasbro or HasLabs. It's unprecedented. None of us stateside have gotten replacement eyes. Hasbro is saying February. Due to the gummy fingers on GM i find myself barely handling or posing him, he kinda just stands there ignored while i still mess around with my Sentinel and Galactus more
Many of you already know the new eyes are now shipping out to American customers. .just got mine within the hour.

I didn't get anything from Hasbro, but if you have a free UPS or FedEx account they notify you when you have packages incoming. I got my notification from UPS early this week, and the USPS delivered it this afternoon.

Nevermind, I was thinking of the wrong package. I got this email from Hasbro Customer Care two days ago:
Hi James,
Great news, your replacement order has shipped and will arrive in the next 7-10 business days.

I should note MCUCollector24 got his eyes a day or two before Pulse contacted me that mine were on the way so I'm guessing they're going out slowly. Here's his Youtube short showing his:
I also got an email with a tracking number.
My Giant Man eyes were delivered yesterday.
I'll be swapping them in tomorrow.
