There is no time limit on when you can make a claim for the replacement eyes. It's simply if they run out of them before you request them. There were issues with the helmets for the Lightning Collection Dino Thunder White Ranger and A-Squad Pink Ranger and Hasbro still provides replacements for those.
I just asked for a replacement set, providing my Order Number, and they are sending them to me. I have to assume the issue was pretty widespread. Nearly 100%.

I only saw one or two reviews or posted pics who didn't seem to have the problem, but even with those two I couldn't tell for sure they didn't have it. A few people here said theirs were fine.

Well December has come and gone, still no word on the correct eyes for Giant-Man. I wonder what's going on at Hasbro, they said we'd get the eyes looking forward in mid-December.
Someone in a Facebook group posted their email response from Hasbro CS that said the replacement eyes have been pushed back to February now (I think mid-February was what they said but don't quote me on that detail).

I thought the same thing. Making more of something in China and getting them to the US usually takes longer than a few months. February will surprise me a bit if they do come by then.
