So I got the two left looking eyes as well as cross eyed looking down, and a plug in the antenna hole that I cannot remove.

He has lots of issues standing up in neutral poses. The fingers are very hard to articulate. His face plates are creepy and the eyes, as noted, are f'ed. Also the left leg on mine is extremely stiff - I just hurt my hand articulating it.

This is my issue with figures in this scale. Almost any figure over 12", really.

Honestly, a Toybiz BAF is enough for me.  Yes, I know that's not Galactus's height "in real life", but the shelf presence is there, and in a pinch I can use a doll stand.

Sorry for all the QC issues people are seeing GM.  Hope they get fixed one way or another.

These issues are not helping my RIJI (regret in joining in, the flipside of FOMO, which I think got me to back the HasLab in the first place).

Been looking at pics and reviews online and my initial instinct that he was too tall is the reaction I have when I see him in displays. And to be clear, it isn't so much too tall as in not accurate (although I do think of him smaller), but more that in an Avengers display with Cap, Thor, IM, etc. he is not the character I want to have dominate the display so much. Granted, I am not the Avengers fan that many are here.

I'm with you, @fac. Mine doesn't arrive until Monday but I'm already thinking I may not open him and just sell it off. I may just re-buy the TB BAF and call it a day.

Man,  I appreciate you guys so much for making me feel better about my choice to sit this one out.   I knew I didn't have the space to display him properly and that he was so big he would disproportionately dominate Avengers displays...   but I was afraid now that he's in hand I would be getting all this regret, feeling left out.   You guys are really helping with that.   So thank you for your service.

I went looking through the old videos where the Legends team talks about how Giant-Man will work and found this one where Dwight shows a head with a very-well centered set of eyes.   The head that's already on the figure has the left-looking eyes, but he shows a second head with centered eyes at the 49 second mark of this video.  The thumbnail on this video also shows the head with really well centered eyes.

What I'm specifically looking for is a video where they say exactly what eyes the figure will come with. I vaguely recall Dwight mentioning the down looking eyes and the left looking eyes, but I didn't specifically remember straightforward eyes. Although that should be obvious, which is why we're all pissed... And they do explicitly show those straightforward eyes in this video at least.

I certainly get not enjoying articulating these large figures. Balancing is tough, and bending the joints can be very difficult. I happen to be as strong as I've ever been because I've been working out for a while to keep playing basketball in my fifties, but every time I pick up a Haslab Sentinel or Galactus I think to myself that I'm glad I'm in shape because if I wasn't it would be a real chore to deal with.

I find the 16-inch Marvel Universe Sentinels to not be bad at all to work the articulation for aside from those terrible ball hips, so I'm not sure I'd put the limit of easy articulation at 12-inch figures.

Has everyone who's gotten these actually received a shipping email from Hasbro Pulse with tracking? Or are you just seeing in your FedEx account there's a label created for a Hasbro Pulse package?

I got an actual email late last night saying mine was finally moving, and should be here (Central Pennsylvania) Tuesday.

Hank should be arriving at my place on Saturday. I was excited, but seeing all these issues with the eyes, and the awful issue @monkey-joe has, have dampened my enthusiasm a bit.

There's a guy on reddit (Zord.photography) who has been sharing some really fun pics with the new Outriders figures, including some great sequences with Giant-Man:

Just awesome.

The eyes thing doesn't ruin the figure for me.  The down-looking eyes are probably good enough, and if not I'll see how the cataract eyes look with the regular head since those do appear to look straightforward.

That is VERY cool. Thanks for sharing that!

I found a solution for the eyes:

I don't love the cloudy but I like that his eyes are centered in his eye sockets. 🙄

Heyyy, a shipping notification. Pretty excited to be getting this guy! I've been sitting on the FA Wasp/Giant-Man 2-pack all these months waiting to open them together. Would love if they showed off a brand spanking new Yellowjacket this weekend to go along with him - or even better, a legacy 2-pack with Hank and Rita. Get us that much closer to completing the classic Avengers AND the Masters of Evil.
