I had cancelled my Bucky and Joe pre-orders, but caved when I saw they were available again today.
Bucky Cap came yesterday, Joe coming today. The Bucky Cap is obviously an upgrade. Really like the dedicated sculpt on the torso. Pleasantly surprised that they took the care and expense to do that.
I noticed that. It's a nice touch. I laughed out loud when I saw that the star on the shoulder was painted on, though. Two steps forward, one step back.
My Joe Fixit arrived on Monday and Bucky arrived today.

I don't know why, but I can live with that. Aside from the practical difficulty of it getting in the way of the shoulder articulation, it seems likely to me that the "real" costume would have those printed on as well, rather than an actual detail, whereas the chest star would look so flat and boring if it was just a t-shirt. That's my rationale anyway!
Saw that Fixit and Bucky Cap were available for live order on WalMart - so I went ahead and ordered them to arrive here by Friday. Then I canceled my still pending pre-orders for each which showed no signs of movement. I'll play your stupid game WalMart.

The sculpted star looks so much better than the painted star from the previous version. I don't really care, and also didn't notice, that the shoulder stars are painted.
Joe Fixit did arrive today, so that's a hopeful sign. I'm not much surprised by how he came out. The head sculpts are good, I'm glad he has two pairs of hands, and the Tommy gun is great. I used the extra head and hands to upgrade a Gamerverse Fixit.
I'm impressed by all the love Hulk is getting in Legends, even if it's mostly simple repaints. I was surprised when I realized we got three comic Iron Man figures in a non-Iron Man year (let alone era), but now we have three Hulks in a very short time as well! First Appearance from the 60th Anniversary line, Fixit, and the Amadeus Cho BAF. That's not bad, right?
I got my Bucky Cap and opened him up immediately. I love this attire, and this is a very solid, very well-done figure. So happy to finally have a Legends Bucky as Captain America.

I wouldn’t blame Hasbro for the scale increase on Bucky Cap. The art sometimes portrayed him as taller in the Heroic Age days.
Coipel Thor is quickly rising to the top of my most wanted list. And is that Iron Man armor Bleeding Edge, or something different? Either way I'd take a new or improved version of it.
Would also love a Gorilla-Man!
Just cracked open the Bucky Cap (legit amazed he shipped, TBH). It's a very strange experience - I can see that in literally every way this is a better figure than the original, but man I'm still attached to the old version. I like that he's a bit smaller/leaner than Steve and really, the BuckyCap buck was made for him so he might be the only one I still prefer it on. Buuuuut yes, literally every component of the new one is an upgrade and he's gotta be my display version.

Just got Bucky Cap today—he’s fantastic! Significant upgrade of an already really nice figure. Love the metallic blue.
I'd buy a new bleeding edge iron man and coipel Thor. I sold off the old ones at some point.
Walmart/FedEx still dicking me around with my Barnes Cap. Now it’s sitting in Breiningsville PA with no movement. The second attempt order is not moving in Arizona just like my original order. Why is this difficult for them?
@normdapito For whatever reason, anything I get shipped via FEDEX from BBTS always just hangs around in certain places and makes it to me days late.
Breinigsville PA is one of those hubs...Hopefully it starts moving again soon!
