FYI, I found a lot of restocks of the Target Black Widow exclusive. So she’s still out there. This is in Massachusetts.

What a scheme to sell more Giant Men

Yea, I'm sure it's by design and not Target just screwing up inventory management for the 800th time on a toy this year.  😫

Thanks to one of our very own Fwooshers, I now have a third Skycycle for my Avengers to ride around on. I'm not exactly sure *what* I'm going to do with these, but they're too cool and comic-accurate and relatively inexpensive to not grab a couple. Giant-Man will create so much vertical space I might need some grounded characters to take flight to pose around him, so that's how I'm justifying it for now!

This Fwoosher sounds very generous and handsome.

While I do really like the Skycycle, I would love to get updated Atomic Steeds from Hasbro. I have the ones from Toy Biz, but they were always a bit undersized. Maybe it could happen with the continuation of Beyond Earth's Mightiest.

At the risk of derailing the thread a bit (I know, that would be a first at Fwoosh), how did you guys arrange that without the PM function? I've been missing the trade forums and really wish I could connect with fellow Fwooshers to trade or sell low instead of going the eBay route every time.

I share my personal email address. Some people I’ve connected with on social media. I’m on FB and IG.

Thanks, Norm. I've never traded, sold or bought through Instagram, but I should give it a go.

The celebration for #Avengers: Beyond Earth’s Mightiest will continue in 2024

Interesting.  I assume that means more classic Avengers to come which is fine with me.  First appearance Carol Danvers as Ms. Marvel?  Swordsman and Mantis?  70's v-neck Falcon?  Stingray?  She-Hulk?  Starfox? Firebird?  Dare I say Two-Gun Kid, Red Wolf, Rick Jones and Jarvis?

Baddies?  Man-Ape, Living Laser, Count Nefaria, Graviton, Executioner?

I better stop.  This is Beamish's department.

I'm usually wary of art since it can be misleading, but in this case I think the key art they've been using throughout 2023 for the Beyond Earth's Mightiest celebration is a good hint at what we could see next year. Of the ones prominently featured, we've now gotten Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man, Wasp, Mockingbird, Hawkeye, Monica Rambeau, Black Widow, Wonder Man, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and War Machine, most of them in the exact costumes seen in the promotional pieces.

So, of the most frequently featured characters, the two most glaring absences are classic Falcon and Carol Danvers Ms. Marvel, who I strongly suspect we'll be getting next year, especially with Sam Wilson starring in another film. I could also see them doing a new She-Hulk, and maybe a green costume Quicksilver.

Generous, handsome, and knows how to safely pack an item, to boot! My first gang of Skycycle-riding Avengers shall be dedicated to the one called NORM.

To be clear, I only trade with people I've met on Fwoosh. I've connected with some of them on social media, which also helps builds trust. I don't trade with people I've only connected with on social media. In fact, I usually don't connect with people I don't know in person on social media. It's either a connection that started in real life, or through Fwoosh. I don't know if I'd recommend or condone transactions with social media strangers. I certainly don't myself.

Who might we see in 2024 as a direct extension of the Anniversary, or part of a separate wave/2-pack, etc.?

My guesses:

Wasp - 1st Appearance: we know she's coming, just not sure where. I'd guess the rumored Avengers Retro Wave or maybe a 2-pack with a regular size version of the HasLab Giant-Man.

Yellowjacket: it would be awesome if he come in a 2-pack with either Ultron I or Wasp in her 1960s red and yellow suit but were probably only getting one Wasp next year. Hopefully Yellowjacket would come with a mini version and a mini Ant-Man, since we didn't get one with the recent Target release.

Ms. Marvel Carol Danvers with an alternate Karla Dark Ms. Marvel head: I think it's interesting the comic Avengers Anniversary covers have Carol in the 70s costume, even though she only wore this during the Korvac Saga when she was a guest star, not an Avenger. She wore the Warbird costume when she became an Avenger. Probably because this classic look is the closest they could get to her more modern costume. Hopefully she has bare legs as opposed to the blue leggings she's wearing in the Anniversary artwork.

She-Hulk - 1980s leotard (purple or blue): definitely on the new Power Princess body, perhaps a FF costume fan Channel figure as well.

Falcon - classic 1970s: I'd guess a store exclusive like Star-Lord and Ant-Man to cross promote the films.

Quicksilver - classic green

Crystal: someone on the team said "more Inhumans are coming" and, totally paraphrasing "2024 will affect a lot of wish lists/Top 10 lists", and Dan just said yesterday something about a Legendary Rider coming, so hopefully that means Crystal and Lockjaw. Fan Channel bomber jacket blue and white costume Crystal wouldn't be far behind.

Jack of Hearts: "Is coming" according to someone on the team in a Q&A at NYCC.

Swordsman & Mantis 2-pack: I don't know why but I can just feel this in my gut. This would make me very happy.

Count Neferia: on the rumored list.

Titania: if they do anything for Secret Wars 40th anniversary she has to be part of that.

Skurge: If they're gonna knock off more wanted wish list/Top 10 characters, Skurge fits the bill.

Longshots -

-If there are any comic characters in the Cap wave, or if Cap gets his own comic wave: Demolition Man, Diamondback, more serpents.

-Adding another WCA member would be nice. Only three to go: Firebird, Living Lightning, Jim Hammond.

-If there are any comic characters in any Deadpool waves, Stingray would be a great fit.

-If there is an additional Avengers BAF wave, Orka would be such an economical figure to make - everything is already sculpted - just needs a new head.

All solid choices, Beamish. I definitely hope we get Jim Hammond Torch,  Jack of Hearts and a 70's classic Falcon.

Do we know the Power Princess body is She-Hulk big? Like Taller than Thor big? I don’t think of her or Wonder Woman for that matter to be THAT big.

edit: Apparently she is 6’8”. Who knew.

I admit that every time I hear someone add a Jim Hammond Torch to a want list, I squint and think “We already have one.” But then I remember that the one I have isn’t official and is the Select Hammond head on the retro carded Torch body. Still happy with it though.

@h-bird, @normdapito

Wish there were a better way to throw this out there, but I'm in the market to replace the Hawkeye arrow I might've tossed with the packaging.

If you guys have an extra from all your skycycle fleet-building, would you mind reaching out to me at fletch137 -at- msn. com?

Yeah. I haven’t seen it yet next to another female Legend for scale, but Dwight emphasized how large the new body supposedly is when they revealed her at Comic-Con. So we’ll know soon enough, I guess.
