Jeff was essentially a pack-in we've already had.  Is Cal Kestis and whatever 1-inch droid he comes with going to be considered deluxe/2pk next?

Happy I don't need anything Rivals.  Wolverine's default game design looks like an NYC soundcloud rapper going for a Bacon-Egg-n-Cheese.  No thank you.

Luna Snow is a new character we don't have in any other form - so I'll buy that 2 pack for her, for sure.   I'll have to see what theu have for a Jeff the Shark pack before I would consider it.   If it is indeed just the same slug that was packed with Shiklah then that pack should be an easy pass.    If they do something different with it that makes it more of a figure and less of a lump of plastic then it's possible I could be tempted.    Can't see myself needing another Punisher or Moon Knight though.

Punisher is one I’d normally pass on but if they actually invest in new sculpting I might check it out. 

My thoughts on the full list of leaks:

Hulk Wave hints:

Mecha Hulk

Abomination (sigh, again…)

Red She Hulk (again)

And some iteration of Banner Hulk that I don’t recognize

Honestly – that’s more disappointing that I guessed a new Hulk wave would be.    Another Abomination makes me grumpy.   I have lots of Abomination figures in my collection.   A-Bomb would have been better or any other number of characters.

Admittedly the first Red She Hulk they released was not a great figure, but I can’t say I’ve been dying for an update either.    Lyra would have been a better choice, honestly.

I’ve been wanting a Professor Hulk figure for sure – but this picture doesn’t look like that, it looks like some more modern iteration of a smart Hulk so my enthusiasm is tempered.

And Mecha Hulk is an update I can get behind, mostly because the first Mecha Hulk is ultra impossible to find and is on a sub-tier body scheme now.

Avengers Doomsday and Deadpool & Wolverine figures aren’t unexpected, but I don’t do movie figures anymore, so don’t care that much.

A BAF Wave with   Ghost Rider, modern Wolverine, Hawkeye, and Marrina is hard to judge because I don’t know what versions of Ghost Rider, Wolvie and Hawkeye they are talking about – but if they are redos of costumes we already have it’s not that great.   Marrina is a must have though.

Maximum Thor and Maximum black costume Spider-Man seem likely.    They would have to get Maximum Thor exactly right to tempt me and it feels unlikely.

Spider-Man and Luna Snow Rivals 2 pack will get me.   Luna Snow is a new character to Legends and I can’t pass that up.    The Moon Knight and Punisher from the game do not excite me.    Can’t say I’m dying for Jeff the Land Shark and another Venom either.

Muse and Bullseye 2-pack is interesting.  I need/want comic Muse – but if its MCU based I’m out.

I have no idea what Magic the Gathering Black Panther and Magic the Gathering Captain America could be… but I’ll buy anything Black Panther so Im’ in for that.   They also have Magic the Gathering Dr. Doom 2099 -  big yes to that -  and Magic the Gathering Invisible Woman – that would be costume dependent but if it’s Malice or some other Sue costume we don’t yet have, I’m in.

Scarlet Witch and Vision 2-pack from The Crossing storyline is intriguing.   It’s a Scarlet Witch costume we don’t have a figure of yet and a different look for Vision as well.    Frankly I’m down for all the looks from the Crossing -  shoulder pouches Giant Man,  weird Hawkeye costume, Deodato Thor look,  a different look for Black Widow, even a different costume for Quicksilver… I’d get them all.

Cloak and Dagger 2-pack.   Will it bring something new to the table?

No idea what could be meant by “American Secret” but it’s part of a baf wave with Lady Deadpool, Psylocke  -  this better be the Outback look dammit – Wolverinepool and US Agent.  

X-Men 97 :   Cyclops (classic full cowl look?);  Wolverine, Jean Grey, Rogue, Northstar and Havok -    that is a weird line up,  especially considering no Sunspot still

Honestly I remain underwhelmed by the character choices being made.   There are so few new characters being included… though this list does suggest that at least some of the characters they are visiting again will be in costumes we don’t have figures of yet, so that’s something.

I welcome that Avengers wave as I very much want the Onslaught Quicksilver look.  Might get the Scarlet Witch if she looks like a good fit for the display or is particularly eye catching.

I'm not convinced that the X-Men 97 wave is accurate on the leaks unless it's meant to be a Season 2 wave and NOT a Season 1 wave 3.  Havok and Northstar just seem like oddball choices, and no mention of the Emma Frost / Cable we'd been hearing all about from the previous leaks, also no mention of Nimrod (who some, like myself, thought might be Bastion).

Yet we hear about another Sentinel 2pk, which is rumored to be the Capcom one and something else.  My personal want would be the HasbroPulse exclusive Konami Sentinels in traditional Sentinel colors rather than the neon pink.  But who knows, it could be anything.  Nimrod with Trevor Fitzroy or Bishop, who knows!

My understanding is the X97 Season 2 isn't supposed to be out til late 2026/or sometime in 2027.  Seems a bit far out for THESE particular leaks.  Plus, while I collect tertiary X-teams, Alpha Flight has always seemed like it's own thing, so I don't need Northstar, and was never that much a fan of the stories they gave him when shoehorned into the X-Men.  Maybe they'll give us blindfolded Gambit from that blip in storytelling.

Diving Cap Cyclops and brown Wolverine will be my main focus, I just hope Cyclops' head doesn't look too animated like the last one.  I suppose I could stick the X-Factor Cyclops head on it if the blues match but I don't like the unpainted visor ears on that one much.

Not sure how reliable this is but if true the standouts to me:

Marrina (New character and helps complete a team)

Red She-Hulk (Never got the old one and that whole era needs updates anyway)

Dagger (She is likely going to be leagues better than the last figure, with the new face printing. Hopefully her costume is sculpted compared to the white paint that was painted on the other one)

Still hoping those Inhuman 2 packs were true. But I echo - need more never been done characters! 

Muse and Bullseye are 100 percent the MCU versions.

Not interested in Martina but if Ghost Rider is Robbie that’s an instant pickup.
