For a while there the announcements for MCU figures - for the major films in particular - were done via other media outlets (or at a major Comic Con/Toy Show) prior to the release of the film, and not in these streams. All part of Disney's overall marketing strategy. 

I think that caveat would allow for more Spidey NWH or DP&W or other past films - but nothing from upcoming stuff like Thunderbolts or Brave New World...

This was really a banner year for Marvel Legends.  I will be more tuned into Transformers over at Cybertron Con, but honestly I kinda want to know who they draft lol.  I'm curious because they really delivered some bangers.

No doubt the reveals will kick ass, I do mostly hate the MCU (sorry) so glad it's a comic show.  If they do Holocaust then I think I will go and collect the AoA line.  Hope they sprinkle a few more out.  My longshot hope is Cameron Hodge as the BAF.  He does fit with Cyclops and Cortez timeline wise.

I get preferring comic figures, and I get not liking some, if not all, the movies, but why do you hate the MCU?

This makes sense. All the upcoming projects have a certain level of media fanfare attached, but a reveal of NWH Electro or Lizard doesn't need the same treatment. I'm all about the comic stuff, but I'm hoping there's something for everybody in tomorrow's stream.

I just hope something is revealed today that is not on any rumor/leak list.

It's so funny -  because while the figures shown for Fabian Cortez and AoA Gambit and Lady Electro and even Spider-Boy are admittedly pretty, and are characters we've never had before in this collection so I'll definitely buy them...

The reveals also make me a little sad because they absolutely hew away from the classic era of characters I still want to be fleshed out.   

I suppose if this new rumored list is accurate I will be getting two figures off of my top 10 list - Deathbird and Rachel Summers... so I should be grateful.

And the two most needed members of the Inhumans Royal Family - who were in my top 20, though not top 10 - are coming too...   

So I'm probably just being greedy...  but the lack of Starfox and Jack of Hearts, and Gargoyle and (say it with me now)  Attuma, Skurge and M'Baku...  just feels like we'll never get there.   Wherefore art though Swordsman and Mantis?   All these Spidey waves but no classic Spot, no Will o' the Wisp (he'd be SO easy), no Madame Web, no Cardiac...  sigh.

I get it - there are lots of mouths to feed -  so I guess here's me hoping that Mesmero shows up in the next season of the X-Men cartoon so he has a better shot at a figure?

The figures look better than ever. So heavily 90s themed I’ll never know their charms.

I will say the Agent Venom Flash head is very nicely rendered

Jumpsuit Chuck is super welcome though.   Target exclusive - but hopefully easy enough to get.

The Hammond TV Spider-Man figure is kind of hilarious

They had to use that body at least one more time. 

Was expecting Electro like everyone else, but I'm not mad! Lizard looks absolutely fantastic- I think they made all the upgrades they should have. Hopefully being an Amazon exclusive means he won't be quiiiiite as hard to get. At least they confirmed that Electro is still on the way and should be revealed soon-ish. Wonder if any of the delays has been down to likeness and approvals. Either way, once we finally finish the roster (hopefully some time next year), it'll feel so good. Only took 4 years! 

Things I've learned so far during the Fanstream - 

-You have to be an influencer to get the Hasbro teams attention and get your favorite figure made.

-Dan says that people bugging him and asking for figures gets his attention. So we all need to flood his Twitter/X feed with Skurge, Attuma, M'Baku, Jim Hammond, Toro, Mantis, Warriors Three, Basilisk and our other favorites that I can't think of off the top on my head.

-They love their bait & switch: Lizard/Electro, Savage Land Professor X/Shanna

I'm sure I'll be updating this...

Next year will be a Daredevil anniversary year it seems. Along with the show, could be a shitload of DD.
