New rumors for 2025, sourced to a video from the "Power of X-Men Podcast" YouTube channel. I don't know a thing about this source and haven't watched the video - I just saw the reddit thread.

Punisher & Nick Fury Two Pack
Sorcerer Supreme Doom
Hellfire Miles
Gladiator & Deathbird Two Pack
Astonishing Beast
Rachel Summers
Medusa and Gorgon
Huge grain of salt on this. But pretty great if it ends up true!
There’s one 2pk in there that seems pretty redundant considering we just got both of those characters this year. The rest looks so good.
Yep, I’d be in for a few of those if true.
Not sure what the exact X-Men issue was but this is what got me into Marvel.
I could see the two-pack being how we'll end up with the former in his classic costume and the rumored Fantastic Four suit figure is an instant buy for me.
At some point before 2026, I hope Hasbro will make new figures for Mole Man, Wizard, the Leader in his orange-and-black suit with the "Jiffy Pop" brain, Tyrannus, the Ringmaster and the Circus of Crime, classic Falcon, the Absorbing Man, John Byrne era red suit Doc Samson, Invisible Woman in her 1995 Fantastic Four sleeveless/opera gloves suit, Jubilee in her Generation X suit, early '90s black-and-red/West Coast era suit Wonder Man with an alternate smiling head, Professor Hulk in his brown Pantheon-era jumpsuit with the black belt and boots, white Armani suit Doctor Octopus with bendy wire tentacles, Stunner, classic Lady Octopus, Storm in her black Outback suit with the yellow lightning bolt insignia, purple-and-blue suit Boomerang, Sinister Syndicate/armored Rhino, Overdrive from "Superior Foes of Spider-Man", Xorn, Fusion (from Paul Jenkins' "Peter Parker: Spider-Man" run), the U-Foes, Astonishing X-Men Kitty Pryde, and any version Colossus (Gold Team/90s suit, Acolyte suit, classic/Astonishing suit, etc.) on a new body mold.
I'd also love to see Hasbro make new figures of purple shorts Hulk from "The Avengers" #1, classic green savage Hulk with butterfly shoulder joints and alternate clapping hands, a John Romita Sr. Spider-Man with the chest spider emblem's legs out to the sides, classic Thor on a new body mold, first appearance Mary Jane Watson on a new body mold with a smiling head sculpt based on her first appearance panel by John Romita Sr., green-and-yellowish-orange suit Doctor Octopus on a new body mold with bendable wire tentacles, classic Mysterio with an alternate Quentin Beck head and a better cape, classic John Romita Sr. Green Goblin with the "bat-wing" Goblin Glider, a classic Captain America with his triangular shield and/or his round shield that's intact and doesn't have holes in it, classic Black Cat, a classic John Romita Jr. art style Hobgoblin that looks like the comics, a blue furry Beast with an alternate smiling head based on George Perez's art, a '90s Blue Team suit/Jim Lee Cyclops that doesn't sell out instantly, and an easier-to-find classic Lizard. General Ross and some Hulkbusters would be cool too. I know I'm in the minority, but I'd also love 'X-Men: The Movie'/'X2' figures for Wolverine, Storm, Jean Grey, Cyclops (who's rumored), Magneto and Rogue.

tagging discussion about first toys because I didn't realize it would land in the middle of new rumor talk:
My brother got Captain America, Thor, the whole Fantastic Four, Green Goblin, Lizard... I had Hulk, Iron Man, Falcon. Of the DC Characters my brother had the whole deal - Batman, Robin, Superman, Wonder Woman, all the Bat rogues, even the Teen Titans. I had Green Arrow, Aquaman and Shazam. My brother had all the bad guys - my guys had to fight Planet of the Apes gorillas or a stray Star Trek alien.
Luckily I saved mine (and his Captain America and Thing), when he got older and one of his neighbors convinced him it was cool to light fire crackers and stick them inside the bodies then put the heads back on and watch them blow apart. Sigh.
As for the new rumor list -
Fantastic Four She-Hulk - A total no brainer once the first She-Hulk came out. 100% want and will buy
Punisher & Nick Fury Two Pack - Seems like overkill - will have to wait and see about the execution.
Sorcerer Supreme Doom - yeah, sure, why not I guess
Hellfire Miles - OK - can team up with Hellverine?
Gladiator & Deathbird Two Pack - sigh... Gladiator... again. Will they do anything different? It's egregious to me that they will force me to re-buy a character I've bought multiple times already to get one I desperately want. But Hasbro gonna Hasbro.
Astonishing Beast - good. This is needed.
Rachel Summers - FINALLY! This is so long overdue. I'm sure they'll find some way to make her a deluxe and more expensive than she should be, but she's so badly needed.
Medusa and Gorgon - Rinse and repeat. I have multiple Medusa figures in the collection. Unless this is Medusa in her FF costume I hardly need her again. But Gorgon is a must have. Of course he couldn't be packed with Triton, or Maximus, hell even Psynapse. But this is how they get you. I'm sure for me to get Triton in two years they will pack him with Black Bolt or a re-release of Crystal or some other way to charge me for something I would otherwise not buy. Sigh.
Still - more bad than good on this list of rumors, so hopefully most of it is true.
Re: the Punisher/Fury set: if accurate, I’ll bet it’s based on the old Punisher arcade game where you could play as Frank or Nick. Frank would be classic-ish with white boots and gloves, and Nick would be in a bomber jacket and fatigue pants, not his SHIELD uni.
New leaks are fun, especially if we actually finish off the Inhumans in 2025. Hopefully Starjammers and original GOTG follow suit in 2026.
Deathbird in my #1 want, so that's one off my Top 10. Regardless if she's classic, "modern" or a combo of both, that headsculpt is going to be gloriously wicked.
But, broken record Beamish ascends his soapbox - the lack of at least one classic Avenger is depressing, as is still no Skurge, Attuma or M'Baku.
I'm still hoping there is at least another comic BAF wave that hasn't hit the rumor/leak lists that features Jack of Hearts, who Dan said "is coming" (or something like that) when questioned at SDCC 2023. If I recall correctly the Strange Tales wave didn't hit any rumor/leak lists until we were in 2024, so maybe the same will happen in 2025 and another comic based BAF is announced.
Yeah - at this point my hope for a comic M'Baku is that in the lead up time to the next MCU Black Panther movie - which Denzel Washington recently confirmed he will be involved in - they will do a deluxe 2-pack with comic M'baku and a new comic Black Panther figure. Likewise for the next Thor Film project that's how we get comic Skurge. It's so frustrating that they just keep holding back on those guys. Attuma just needs to get factored into a wave as soon as they find the space. These villains getting shut out because of the 'no duplication of the MCU version' rule has to get rectified.
I'll keep holding out hope. And as long as their cranking out a bunch more Punisher figures, any chance we get one with the red demon logo on his chest? That would be something new to add to the collection.
I didn’t know where to post this, but Funko have released images of Pops from the upcoming Cap movie, including first look at The Leader, albeit in Funko form…yeah.

I'm just relieved they didn’t do anything to try and make him look cool. What a drag that would have been.

I'm into it. I've never had the chance to play this game, but I'm down with an "out of uniform" Fury. His colors remind me of Clay Quartermain.
No idea if this is official game art or fan art, just sharing cause it looks cool. Who's the big guy in the upper right?
Has there ever been a source for this no duplicates claim?
My source is the team - Dwight specifically - telling me that very thing to my face two years in a row at San Diego Comic Con when I asked about M'Baku and Skurge when Black Panther and Ragnarok were filming and came out.
I'm sure the team has said it in interviews and other places as well. But they have told me directly to my face when I asked.
And while it's true that rule appears to have been softened - Gorr being the example as you say - that isn't of much help to the characters that were hurt by the embargo previously.
