The best thing when it comes to The Avengers is that many of the classic characters we don't have in figure form yet can be slotted into other themed waves (READ ON HASBRO TEAM):
Captain America - Demolition Man, Falcon in classic red & white, Jim Hammond Human Torch, Whizzer
Cosmic - Starfox, Jack of Hearts, maybe sneak classic Mantis in there with her original costume, DeMara Yellowjacket, Gilgamesh, Sersi in classic Kirby green, Deathcry, Starhawk, Martinex, Charlie-27, Nikki
Supernatural - Dr. Druid
Deadpool - Stingray
X-Men - Marrina, Perez Beast (how do we not have this yet?)
Thor - 70's Hercules, Thunderstrike, the formerly mentioned Gilgamesh
Marvel Knights/Street Level - Echo
Hulk - Rick Jones
Iron Man - Jarvis, the formerly mentioned Jack of Hearts and Stingray, Masque (just update Madame Masque with an additional Masque head), Black Widow additional costumes
However, other characters are sort of bound to an Avengers wave: Swordsman I and II, Pym Yellowjacket, Wasp, Firebird, Living Lightning, Two-Gun Kid, Silverclaw, Triathlon/3D-Man, Lionheart, Magdeline, Wonder Man additional costumes
MVC Shuma is definitely the most exciting rumour for me - hopefully the fact it’s a single pack rather than double means it’s a decent size. I’ll take the man-sized Capcom sprite at a push, but the bigger the better. I wonder if they’ll make him Marvel Superheroes hot pink just to mess with us!
For the rest, classic Warlock is exciting, especially if he’s in a wave with ROM. And I’ll pick up green Banshee. The rest of the X stuff leaves with stone cold, and the Spidey reveals aren’t much more exciting. Will probably get Kaine (no fan of the character, but it could be a cool looking figure), but I’ll mainly be holding out hope for Hypno Hustler and Princess Python.
Hope Pulsecon in a few weeks starts to throw a bit of light on this.
I would forego a resculpted symbiote chest if we could get the unmasked Toby with Emo Hair. Maybe a smirk with the "I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye." face. 😆
I somehow missed black suit Tobey Spider-Man and PS4 Black Cat. Two more insta-buys. Hopefully they resculpt the chest emblem though. The majority of the NWH Tobey figure could be reused, but the the symbiote suit has a different symbol.
Not a lot of interesting rumors for me, but definitely a few I'm hoping turn out to be true. I haven't gotten any ML multipacks, but the one of Warpath and X-23 could be tempting. Especially if Laura's articulation is modernized. The Deadpool from the 2-pack with Bob would also be tempting as long as it's not too difficult to get ahold of.
Don't want to get my hopes up, but a wave with MCU versions of Daredevil and Punisher would hopefully, HOPEFULLY include a figure of Echo as well. Would be disappointing to see them release some Daredevil Born Again figures before any version of her.
I'm curious to see what they've got planned for a new Ultimate Miles Morales. I'm assuming it'll be based on one of his looks from the more recent comics, but I wouldn't be against seeing them take a stab at his classic look again. Especially if they are able to increase his articulation and then use the same buck for a new Ultimate Peter Parker.
And speaking of the Ultimate Universe, I'm most interested in the idea of a whole wave themed around Ultimate Fallout. Don't know who all I would want to see in it, but I'd love to see them make Kitty. Especially in her Spider-Girl getup.
Edit: Re-read Ultimate Fallout, and scratch that on the Kitty figure. I forgot that they didn't reference her time as Spider-Girl. Don't know if they would make a figure of her in the punk street clothes, but I'd be in for it. Been trying to think of figures they would likely do, and there's not a lot that come to mind. They did Cap here recently, so maybe Steve in his formal uniform? Even better if they also made Aunt May and included a hand to have her slapping him, lol. A figure of Thor would be a definite buy for me. His part in the comic was short but sweet. I could maybe see them make Miles in the red and blue suit.
So with Ms. Marvel in addition to the previously released Iron Patriot, Marvel Boy and Sentry, we're now halfway through the Dark Avengers (more if you count Ares, though he needs a redo IMO).
Hopefully Hasbro actually commits and does the full team this time.
@derrabbi For me, other Adam costumes aren't even a "no buy EVER!!" but more a... "Let's get the best/most iconic one out of the way, then I'll buy the others". This is how it goes for all my favorites.
Yeah I'd get an og power of warlock, they'd have all the parts if they made OG Magus anyways so why not make it? Yes I'd get an infinity gauntlet and infinity watch version, and I'd probably buy two of his annihilation costume if they made an update. But only after they get the essential one out of the way.

If these rumors are accurate I will definitely pick Banshee, Mystique, Archangel, Warpath, X-23, Professor X, Husk, Fabian Cortez, Psylocke, Scott and Jean.
I hope:
1. Scott and Jean are wearing era compatible costumes.
2. that some of these figures (Husk and Cortez for exemple) are part of a larger BAF X-Men wave.
3. Psylocke comes in the updated body, Jim Lee accurate and with many accessories, otherwise it would have been a missed opportunity to redo her in that costume and not give the same treatment as Black Widow received. She needs extra heads, swords, many hands, etc...
anyway, I'm now super excited for Hascon. I hope it will be X-Men heavy.
I'm certain the next Psylocke will be on the Black Widow body. Or one equally as articulated.
But holy Willie Lumpkin, if we get an umpteenth ninja Psylocke before our first armored Betsy... 🙃

Is this Greg Land art? Wolvie/Daken's pose is so... posing. I never actually read any of this team but I have half of it already on the shelf - did not know *this* would be the moment I finally regret never buying a Symbiote Spider-Man.

Rumour mill suggests single deluxe, rather than BAF, which I’d prefer - I’m not in for many of the 2 packs (mayyybe Thanos/Psylocke if they nail the headsculpt). I don’t think they’d get away with a single pack of only half a figure - bonus parts with other figs is one thing, but selling a big eyeball on its own might be a hard sell.
If MCU Shuma was a thing and got nixed, I wonder if, joking aside, a pink Capcom Shuma repaint would be a way round legal issues…
I’d also be tempted by Capcom Juggernaut if they really lean into the absurdly jacked build of that Sprite. The existing 2 pack pretty much already has Capcom colours.
Depending on how Shuma looks, I may get it to pair with my MCU stuff
