Hopefully nothing I just have to have, for the sake of my wallet and the '97 Sentinels headed toward my home. Maybe just one thing I want to preorder and leave it at that.
Sigh. They finally release a Mandarin and it's in a 2-pack. Oh, well - I'll buy it, but I might actually prefer the Toy Biz Face-Off version that I already have. Less boring.
Mandarin in a suit - so disappointed
This is not the Mandarin I wanted, I wanted the 90s animated version.
With new hands and a head, that body is a good base for Pete Wisdom. At least the disheveled tie
Not interested in that version of the Mandarin or that armor. This set is an easy pass.
I'm on the fence with this set. On the one hand, I'd MUCH rather have an armored Acts of Vengeance or Animated Mandarin. On the other, I'm pretty certain that they're so scared of offending someone that this is going to be the only Mandarin we get, and I don't want to miss out.
I may end up buying it, then using the head and hands on a different, more appropriate body of some kind. We'll see. I'll throw down a pre-order just to be safe and see how things go.

Maybe I'll hold off then. I have no desire for that Iron Man. I'm fine with the Extremis suit I have already, considering it just stands stock still in its alcove. And if they do another Mandarin eventually, that'd be a much better option.
It's weird when they almost seem to say "We know this version of ____ sucks, so maybe next time..."

Was checking my Pulse orders for signs of Dragon Man shipping and I noticed afew days ago the X-Men 97 Sentinels were pushed back from September 1st to November 17th, and today, now January 1 2026. I'm relieved about that as it will give me time to prepare more thoroughly for the 5 I have on order!
So it sounds like the Storm/Wolverine X-Men 97 2 pack is going live on Pulse this morning at 11 am Pacific, 2 pm East Coast time. Pulse exclusive apparently so be ready for that - one hour window for Pulse subscribers - and then open for us riff raff after that.
